Mrs. Aarohi Aaryaman Chauhan

(Bonus chapter 1)

Early in the morning, due to his daily habit, Aaryaman woke up and found himself hugging something.

He opened his eyes and reality dawned upon him.

He is married. The girl of his dreams, his Rooh is his wife, sleeping soundly in his arms.

A smile automatically formed on his lips. 

He pulled Aarohi even more closer and kissed her crown.🥹

After a while, Aarohi shifted and slowly opened her eyes.

Maan: Good morning, Mrs Aarohi Aaryaman Chauhan.❣️

Aarohi was stunned for a while but composed herself in a while.

Ruhi: Good morning, Mr. Aaryaman Aarohi Chauhan.🤧

Aaryaman smiles and kisses her forehead.

Ruhi: What's the time??

Maan: It's 6:30 AM.

Ruhi: You don't wanna go for jogging and gym ??

Maan: You wanna join me?

Ruhi: Nah.

Maan: Ohh...

Aarohi gets up from the bed.

Maan: Then where are you going?

Ruhi: Getting ready. Don't forget we have got several rituals to perform.

Maan: Oh right!

Ruhi: Then why are still laying down? Get up.

Maan: I just want to lie down like this and keep looking at you.

Aarohi blushes and walks towards washroom.

Aaryaman gets up..

Maan: Ahh! Thank you so much bhagwaan ji .✨

After finishing their morning routines, Maan and Ruhi walk downstairs.

They went towards Alka and touched her feet.

Alka: Oh my god!

Ruhi: What's wrong, mumma?

Alka: Oh goodness! You guys scared me! I thought it was someone strange.😆

Maan and Ruhi look at each other and laughs at their mother's dramatic self.

Arjun also came there and the couple went towards him to take blessings. However, Arjun stopped Aarohi from touching his feet.

Arjun: No need, No need. Daughters don't touch other's feet.

Alka: So, pehli rasoi....

Aarohi: Hm I'll cook.

Aaryaman: Is it necessary??

Aarohi: It is.

Aaryaman: Oh....

Arjun: Don't worry it's not about making the whole course it's just about dessert.

Aaryaman: Really? Then no issues.

Aarohi: Guys, I am still standing here.

Arjun: Mera baccha, I love you so much. I'll support in anything and everything but this .... I am sorry.

Aaryaman: Feelings are mutual.

Aarohi: Mumma, is it really that bad!?

Alka just laughs avoiding the conversation.

Aarohi: Fine, fine. I agree. But you guys also have to agree that I make the best desserts.

Aaryaman: I agree, sweetie pie.

Arjun: I agree.

Alka: I also agree.

Aarvi: I don't know what you guys are discussing but I also agree.

Aaryaman: We were saying that Ruhi cooks the best food.

Aarvi: Guys, it's not a good time to be making such jokes.

Alka: Who's joking?

Aarvi widens her eyes in surprise.

Aarvi: See I know you all love her a lot. I also do. But this is wrong. We should never lie to our loved ones just to keep them happy. Aaru, listen to me. You can give me poison and I'll eat it happily but don't ever force me to eat your food.

Aarohi: Fine, it's enough. I have got the much needed self realisation.

Aarohi gets up and goes towards the kitchen.

Aarvi: Aaru, wait why are still going to the kitchen. Oh god!

Aaryaman: Alright, stop being so overdramatic.

Aarvi: For once, I am not being overdramatic. You guys are unaware of the tortures I had to endure during our college days.

Well, cooking was not Aarohi's cup of tea. However, she had a knack for cooking desserts.

Though none of her dishes ever tasted good but whatever desserts she made always tasted the best.

Aaryaman often said that it's because his Rooh is too sweet so she can only make sweet food.

Well what more can a love smitten fool think.

But the other family members were no less when they agreed to his statement.

Aarohi came out with two bowls in her hands and went straight to the temple.

Alka followed her and they kept the food in temple and did a small puja.

After they cane out of temple, Aarohi told the helpers to bring all the food to the dining table.

Everyone sat down to eat.

They first tasted the sweets.

Moong daal ka halwa and Kheer.

As always they tasted delightful.

Arjun and Alka gave some gifts to Aarohi.

Aarohi looked at Aaryaman who was also supposed to give her a gift but this man was busy gobbling up the food.

Aarohi also sat down and started eating.

After breakfast they all got up.

Alka: Okay now, get ready both of you. I have invited some guests. We have some rituals to perform. After that Ayansh is also coming to take Ruhi.

Aaryaman: For what?

Alka: For rituals.

Aaryaman: I am asking why Ayansh will be here to take Rooh?

Alka: And that's what I am telling you. For rituals.

Aaryaman: Oh.

Alka: What oh? Go and get ready.

Aaryaman: Hmm.

Alka: Ruhi beta come with me.
