The couple appeared on stage together for the first time. Immediately sounds of murmur and cheers echoed throughout the stage. Clearly this was going to be the most iconic moment. In fact, millions are watching them now live. For many years the shipping of Nam and Ailee have circulated with Dispatch claiming they are in a relationship. Of course, the two denied it on multiple occasions, but in this moment, they are openly comfortable with each other and fans are noticing. To play into the joke they held each other's hands up high getting the audience to freak out even more.
"You already know for a longtime Ailee has been my close friend. We met back in our university days when were rookies and now you see us all here." Eric said.
"Eric is just a funny guy to be around what's not to like about him? He's helped me get used to life in Korea and for that I owe him a big one." Ailee replied.
"You don't owe me anything Ailee-ah just being here makes me happy. I wouldn't change it for the world!" Eric said getting the audience to once again cheer.
"Just like we appreciate each other's company we appreciate you fans for supporting our solo careers. To think we're considered the top Overseas idols just amazes me."
"Indeed Ailee, there are plenty of great overseas idols and foreign idols with their own talents. I think what they mean is we're the first of our agencies. To have such status is silly to me. I'm just simply Eric who's forced to share a room with a dozen hyungs with their own personality. How I deal with them is a big mystery." Eric joked.
"It's the same for me. I feel like the middle child between Dara and Bommie and Minzy and Chaerin-ah. Guess fate put us in these circumstances. " Ailee smiled at her close friend.
"Let us all enjoy out time. I look forward to hearing you fans cheer. Now I know is Ailee is very beautiful with such an amazing voice, don't forget to cheer for yours truly." Nam joked as the audience laughed. Soon enough the music was playing. Eric Nam was dressed in a comfy turtleneck and jeans while Ailee wore a bright pink blouse, blue tennis skirt, and a fedora. Both complimented each other in many ways as they gave off a casual flirtatious vibe.
