JUDAH

I needed to leave the house for a few hours before the Riddles arrived tonight. I needed to leave because of her. I love Cherry so much, like I've never loved anyone before. But it's hard trying to please her. She is so confusing, I promised I would keep on trying but so far I've done nothing.

She won't leave Tom or Mattheo for me.

I had my chance a long time ago and I lost it. She said she wanted to be friends. That's better than nothing. Is it?
I don't want to lose her, so I'll stick with her friendship until she realizes I'm the one for her.

I was walking down the street, I was going to my favorite place in the muggle world. The bookstore.
There's a bookstore close to my house, it's an old shop and no one ever goes there. That's why it's perfect.

I got inside the store once I got there. The smell of books embraced me, this made me feel at peace. I like to escape from my reality when reading, when I'm here I feel at home.
I went to the romance section (since that's my favorite genre) and began to look at those books.
I don't know how much time I've been looking at the stack of books but an employee come to me.

"Need help?" I look at the girl with a soft voice. She had pink short hair, she was wearing a black jacket and a badge with her name on it. 'Claire'
"Umm, I'm just looking," I say, she looks at me and smiled
"They pay me when people buy books, not just look at them," she says with a hint of humor in her voice. I chuckle to be polite at her poor attempt at a joke.
"I've read all of these books," I say looking at the books, It was true. I bought one of each book, I was looking for something new.
"Really? You don't have a social life do you?" She says chuckling.
"I do," I say in a serious tone. Her smile slowly disappeared and she cleared her throat
"Okay... I'm Claire by the way" she says, less enthusiastic than before
"Judah" she smiled.
"Well, Judah, if you need help with a book... or just want to talk, I'll be in the non-fiction section" She gave me one last smile and left.

I looked at her. Then I wonder... was there a possibility that she was flirting with me?

TOM

"Mimi, we run out of cheese cakes" Mimi came to me in a rush.
"Well, if any other order customer wants one, tell them we're out... I'll start making more," she says then starts grabbing the ingredients.
I nodded and went outside the kitchen to give another customer his order. I checked on a few more customers and everything was great.

Working here it's my pasión. One day I will have my restaurant. Perhaps Cherry would like to help me. Or even work with me. Maybe our kids one day will be working in my restaurant. If I ever do have one, of course.

I let out of my daydream when I saw Mattheo eating a cheesecake.
"What do you think you're doing?" I say glaring at him.
"Eating?" He says taking another bite of the cake
"That's for the business, not for you"
"I'm hungry.."
"That's not an excuse, Mimi works hard for this place to run perfectly. And you're just ruining everything" I say looking at him
"Is that what you think?" He says glaring at me
"Yes... Mattheo why can't you be more responsible for once in your life?"
Mattheo abruptly stands up glaring at me
"Fuck you" he pushed me to the side and walked out of the shop. I know he is just going home. He has nowhere else to go.

Mattheo
I went out of the store and walked as fast as I could towards the house. I had enough of him for today. When he is working with us. He always tells me what to do, thinking he is smarter than me just because he likes all that stuff related to food. Mimi and him are one. I always feel left out. Even though I know Mimi loves me the same, I know she has a small preference.

Tom is the one who she chooses to help her around the kitchen, Tom it's the one she trusts to take care of the bills, and Tom it's the one she trusts won't do something stupid.

While I am left as the one with bad grades, no goals, and not mature enough.

Fuck that!

I'm sure if my father was here he would see my true potential. I bet he would trust me. If only he was here so we could both show Tom and the world what the Riddles are capable of.

After a 20-minute walk, I finally got to my house. I noticed I have received a letter from... Umbridge, Sirena.
I frown in confusion, How does she know where I live? What does she want?
I slowly opened the letter and began to read.

Dear Matty

I know you might be wondering why I send you this letter. Well, the answer is that I miss you. I might be sounding crazy but I truly, truly miss you so much.
I wanted to ask you if you wanted to give us a chance. To start over this time in the right way. We can get to know each other better and go on real dates. Not just fuck session. I like you Mattheo. Please think about it.

With love Sirena <3

When I finish reading the letter I frown in confusion. I've told Sirena I liked Cherry since the beginning of everything. She knows our thing was only physical. She said to me she didn't mind, that she wasn't going to get attached. But she did.

Cherry.

Cherry and I are together now... well not exactly together but we do have something going on. I can't do that to her. She trusts me. She doesn't deserve me leaving her.

On the other hand. Tom and Cherry are dating. I bet it would be less suspicious if I date someone as well. Tom will believe I don't have any feelings for Cherry anymore, and Cherry and I can be happy together.

That's perfect.

I went straight to my room, grabbed a piece of paper, and began to write.

Dear Sirena

I was waiting for a sign. I received your letter and you have no idea how much it means to me. I missed you too. I need you back. I want you back. Sirena my love please come to a sleepover with me?
I'm aware you know my address so we'll meet here then I'll take you to where the sleepover will take place. Let's consider that as our first romantic date.

With so much love Mattheo.

I closed the letter and then sent my owl flying away.

Suddenly all of the stress and anger from earlier disappeared. Now I feel happy I can have my Cherry without having to worry about Tom.

This is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I won't let anyone ruin it.
