Chapter 57

SORRY

I wonder if people ever change their behavior to make others happy. I never do, I've noticed that I'm the type of person who would rather have everything in my hands instead of letting go easily. Unfortunately that made me end up in a shitty position.

I look at Tom from afar, he's sitting there alone writing on his diary, I never actually saw him write on it when we were together I wonder what he's writing.
He doesn't see me of course, I'm far from him for him to notice me, that was my whole purpose after all. I know he managed to get Mattheo expelled and for that I'm furious. But I'm also sorry for him, I did bad things I'm aware of that. But the fun and excitement I felt when having them both will never disappear.

I see him standing up he's about to leave to who knows where, but I need to speak to him, I need to make him forgive me. He's the next heir of Slytherin, I can't let go such an important person yet, he can be useful someday. For me and for my family.

I fix my hair a little before following him.
"Riddle" I say trying to get his attention, he only huffed and kept on walking, he ignored me but I didn't gave up, I walked faster and stopped him holding him by his wrists. Finally making him look at me.
"Riddle" I say again, he looks at me with no expression on his face. Then slowly his eyes started to look at me in a way I never thought it was possible, it was anger,his staring was burning my soul.
"Do. Not. Touch. Me" he said in a low threatening voice. I slowly pulled away my hand from his wrist.

"Is it true? That Mattheo is leaving?" I asked. He rolled his eyes.
"Yes, is that what you wanted to say Really?" He says as if I was stupid
"That and.. I also wanted to say I'm sorry" I say looking at his eyes the same way I always did, but he didn't cared.
"Sorry?..." he got his face close to mine in a intimidating way and finish saying
"Go die" with that he turned around and left me there standing alone in that hallway. I guess it wasn't a good time to apologize but that doesn't mean I won't try again, people forget easily when they're vulnerable, so I'll just wait for Tom's vulnerable moment.

"Chery!" I heard a voice called my name taking me back to reality. I turned around and I see Judah walking towards me at fast pace.
"Yes?" I say, he smiled at me
"I found him" he says with a proud smile.
"Really?! What? How?" I asked Judah then handed me a small book, his research book. I was about to read but he started speaking before I had a chance
"Maximus goes to dead man's academy, it's absolutely insane, that school it's full with dangerous creatures, even Vampires and you know we don't get along with them, he must be some sort of evil dark wizard, are you sure you need him? I don't think you need to have a wizard like him, Cherry I'm sure your parents won't care that you haven't done anything big like they.." I instantly stop him by saying
"I want my parents to think big of me Judah, you know how important that is for me. Look. The Riddles have their own things and I? I have nothing so far, I want to make my parents proud of me for when they get out of Azkaban, they have lost so much the least I can do is bring their power back"

"Cherry, you're good just like you are now. Power is useless.."
"Thank you for your help Judah, but if you don't want to support me  even if I'm your bestfriend"
"No hey, I'll always support you. Even if your ideas are a little twisted" he says the answer I wanted him to say, I hug him to make him feel safe around me .
"That is why I love you" I say slowly pulling back he only nodded . Not saying I love you back I'm sure it's because of Daniella.  Those two have been spending more time together I wonder if they're an official couple now. I wonder if Judah could be so stupid to even tell her my plans. No he couldn't he's very loyal.

"Have you seen Mattheo?" I asked starting to walk down the hall, Judah followed right beside me.
"Indeed I have, I've talk to him,he seems pretty stressed even if he says his fine" I look at Judah
"You've talk to him?"
"We're friends" he says as if it wasn't a unexpected news
"Since when?"
"Since he didn't tortured me ever again, and he even apologized one day" I stop in my tracks and look at Judah
"Wait did he really? What did he said to you?"
"I remember he said 'Snape you were on my way I had to do it, but don't fuck up ever again and it won't happen anymore , here's fucking book for you' then he gave me a book" Judah says doing a pretty good impression of Mattheo's voice I couldn't help but laugh.

At that moment we heard someone begging
"Please, umm please I didn't meant to tell professor Nott I swear!" I recognized that voice. It's Hugo Weasley , Judah and I quickly followed his voice until we found him, Toby had him against the wall with while Beck Rosier was holding a knife against his neck.
"You told him My mate here cheated on the test" Beck says while Toby nodded
"No-n-no I swear that wasn't me"
"Lies" Toby says punching him on the stomach luckily Beck moved the knife on time so he didn't cut his neck.

"Let's go" Judah whispered to me, I only looked at him and shake my head going straight to where the guys are.
"Toby aren't you tired on picking on the weak guys?" I got everyone's attention ,Toby go close to me , I noticed Hugo was about to stand up but Beck kept him on the floor.
"Ah Manson, The Riddles bitch, yeah Tom told us everything, you are a True Whore, you liked two dicks in you? Beck and I are down for it , I can go a little rough but you'll like it" he says I didn't noticed when but I punched Toby on his face.
Beck was about to go towards me but then I see a tall figure standing in front of me.

"Stop it, we are a fucking team now either you like it or not! And she's part of this team! Now Black and Rosier, leave That Weasley alone," Hugo had that chance to escape from that situation and he did, not before mouthing a 'Thank You' to me.
Once We were alone Julius turned to me and smirked slightly.
"Manson, Mattheo is waiting for you in the 2nd floor , I believe in the ladies lavatory." Julius says I didn't wanted to ask questions so I just nodded and left. Judah left too as soon as I did but we went separate ways.

The ladies Lavatory, now that's different. I wonder why Mattheo needs me there. Was it normal that I got chills just by walking towards that place?
