Sinn's POV

3 days prior...

Grateful would be an understatement after an exhausting 14 hour flight the crew finally landed in the Viru Viru international airport. Because of the last minute trip accommodations had been made by their mysterious guest of honor including their translator and driver Miguel who easily spotted them out amongst the crowd of travelers.

Sinn, not one for small talk, let the others handle the conversation, eager to meet their contact and finalize their business in Bolivia.

Despite the beauty of Houston, Sinn couldn't deny his longing for New York—the familiar noise, the local haunts, and most importantly, his ties to family. However, circumstances in Texas, including financial opportunities and threats to the crew's safety, anchored him temporarily in Houston.

There was another factor keeping him there, too—his budding relationship with Kori.

Sinn had been avoiding Kori since yesterday he wasn't the type to express himself via text as soon as they touched back down in Houston he'd be setting time aside to talk to her face to face.

Unbeknownst to Kori he had his own past relationship trauma and her not effectively communicating with him was a trigger.

Once at the hotel, the crew prepared for their meeting, a unease lingering in the air. This international deal was uncharted territory for them. Sinn's standoffish demeanor didn't go unnoticed, prompting Tank to break the tension.

"I know I sprung this on y'all hell; it was sprung on me. No more middle man, straight to the source. Let's hear 'em out; they go by their last name Rojas," Tank reassured the crew, instilling a sense of trust and confidence.

An hour later, they arrived at the heavily guarded Rojas estate, ready to delve into unfamiliar and potentially lucrative territory. The air was thick with anticipation as they approached this crucial meeting that could shape their future dealings.

"Geeesh wonder how many bodies they got hidden up here" Tizzy thought aloud the other men just looked around taking in the scenery.

"When I'm done with this all this street shit this is how I wanna live lavish, out the way, and untouchable. Just me my wife and a couple kids" Blaze responded as they nodded in agreeance. One of the guards escorted them to an all white office the sound of heels approaching halted the men's conversation.

The room fell silent as Ana Rojas, a beautiful middle-aged Latina, introduced herself. She spoke with a thick Spanish accent, and while her appearance suggested a much younger age, the men could discern the subtle signs of her middle age. Ana expressed her appreciation for the crew's last-minute accommodation and proceeded to give them a tour of her grand estate.

After the grand tour the group ended up in a elegant dining room where an array of food and drinks awaited. As Tank, the crew's spokesperson, inquired about their selection and the reason behind choosing them, the atmosphere grew tense.
