One week had elapsed since the joyous arrival of our twin sons, and it proved to be a week brimming with splendid celebrations, grand balls, and sumptuous banquets, all organised in tribute to our growing family.

The inaugural and most resplendent event took place at our castle, where a magnificent and exquisite ball unfolded with the attendance of all. Subsequent revelries unfolded throughout the kingdom, continuing day and night, casting a jubilant atmosphere across every corner of our realm.

Gifts, pouring in ceaselessly from every corner of our domain and beyond, have been a testament to the widespread euphoria and well-wishing. Among the most splendid offerings were countless bouquets of pink carnations, a poignant symbol of motherhood in our culture. These exquisite floral tributes arrived at the palace throughout the entire week creating a fragrant tapestry of joy and shared celebration.

The neighbouring realms' allies extended their heartfelt congratulations with lavish gifts, including exquisite jewels, gleaming gold, and the most opulent toys designed to delight and captivate our precious children.

As the final day of autumn unfolded, a pressing concern lingered on the horizon with the impending arrival of winter—the matter of borders.

In the hallowed halls of the throne room, a weighty discourse ensued, revolving around the unanimous agreement.

We were not rebuilding the wall between the realms of vampires, faes and our own.

It was the time for a truce and stable, secure relations in all spheres of our lives.

The Council's compliance with the King's wishes extended beyond mere acknowledgement of his authority.

It stemmed from a profound recognition of his excellence.

The King skillfully presented the joint decision made by himself and the Queen, dispelling any lingering doubts the Council may have harboured about his suitability for the crown. His eloquence and intelligence, coupled with a commanding presence, reaffirmed why he was the rightful ruler.

As I observed the proceedings, a sense of pride washed over me, and a vivid memory resurfaced—the day the King first adorned his crown, it was mere days before his coronation.

At that time, he shared the same age as our Queen, fraught with apprehension, self-doubt, and concerns. The weight of public sentiment against his father weighed heavily on him, leading him to believe he might not be capable of maintaining the throne. In those earlier years, he couldn't envision himself as a benevolent leader, capable of governing wisely and defending his people with unwavering determination.

At this moment, all I saw was the embodiment of an exceptionally brilliant monarch, a ruler whose reign surpassed any conceivable aspiration our kingdom might have harboured.

Dressed in elegant dark blue one-piece outfits adorned with intricate embroidery of golden thread, my little sons radiated joy as I showered their tiny hands with kisses, revelling in their sweet laughter.

"You are mommy's and daddy's precious gems."- I spoke affectionately, delighted by the adorable wiggles of their small arms and legs, while their blue-silver eyes sparkled with happiness.

In the nursery, where we engaged in playful moments, we sensed a familiar presence approaching, eliciting bright smiles of excitement from the three of us.
