Chapter Sixty-Two
Martin
Martin put the gun on the table next to the bed and muttered: "You fool, you have a weakness that I just used."
Peter suddenly said: "Did you really give me poison?" Peter had pointed the gun at that man.
Martin turned and smiled and said: "Did you hear our conversation? You pretend well that you are asleep."
Peter cautiously got off the bed with the gun in his hand and said: "You deliberately hit me with your car, but why? Who are you? What do you want from me?"
"We talked before this incident."
Peter said: "Your voice is familiar; you are the same man who called Anna at the café!"
Martin said: "So you still don't know everything?" He paused and said: "Damn it, where is Anna? Why doesn't she answer my calls?"
"She went on a trip."
At that moment another man entered the room and whispered something in Martin's ear.
