Choosing neutrality,
It may be the smartest move
Since the line between good and evil have been so blurred,
I might as well be blind.

Neutrality.
It's the path I take, when I agree with both sides,
But when I, at the same time, disagree.
Their goals noble, but their ways, so cruel.

Everyone wants another soldier, healer, mage,
Everyone wants me dead, everyone wants me alive,
They want me to join their team, help them survive.
That is the life of a witcher in war.

We are the dying breed,
We are those neutral monster hunters,
Carrying two swords across the lands.

Yet, however neutral we may be,
It finds us.
Makes us a pawn in the game.
Might even cost us everything.

The kings, the nobles, our own loyalties...
They bring us into the game of chess.
Only thing is, the board's not made of wood,
The loss of pawns doesn't result in only lost coin, no.

This chess game is all too real.
All too devestating.
All too deadly.
And, what's more, rising questions of loyalty.

When everything falls on the shoulder's of the nuetrals,
We cannot shy away.
Yet, we can't choose a side.
Everyone's evil, and the war has begun.
