StarClan leads, binds, and watches their former home,
From the stars in the sky, and the moon.
Even at high noon,
They keep watch after they've gone.
These cats with the rough life,
Are forbidden from taking the easy route of a kittypet.
Even when it kills them,
They follow their rules and beliefs till they join the stars.
Many have joined them, few have deserted.
For their lives are of honor,
And their deaths are of importance.
The sly cats of Shadow,
Those brave of Thunder,
The wetpaws of River,
And the quickest of Wind.
With the dawn of old and new,
Those wise ones of the Stars,
and the acrobatic cats of Sky,
Ever new Clans emerge as the rumor and myth spread.
The legend of the Clan cats,
They who follow honor,
Who follow kindness,
Who follow rivalry.
