Chapter 14:Fashion Sense

Night of the party~

Loud music, alcoholic drinks, murmuring and chatting people. People from different guilds, and schools. Fairy Tail parties were always something everyone was looking forward to attend to. Considering the fact that it has the most craziest people and activies. Getting drunk there is surely a night you should remember. But yeah, too bad, you'll be too wasted to even think of remembering something.

But then~

Over the days before the party. Natsu passed all of his assignments, leaving him with another warning of weariness on taking missions. He pulled up a reasoning that they were short on budgets and Ms. Libra understood that but didn't concede, much to Natsu's disappointed. Jellal also did the same and being a wonderful cousin he is, he threatened Natsu on taking away his gadgets, again, if he failed to catch up to his school activities.

5 hours before the party.~

Students is very active for this time around. Everyone was excited for the party. Girls and boys were looking forward on meeting their friends from different schools and guild again. Right now, the gang- the twin Dragon slayers - were talking about their call time and call place.

"Levy. Do you have your outfit ready?" Lucy asked in glee. Levy shook her head with disappointment.

"I'm still missing my shoes," she pouted. "How about you?" she motioned.

"I was wondering if I should top it with a denim vest or a leather jacket," she answered with slight frustration.

"We'll check it later then. You didn't show me your outfit yet," Levy beamed.

"Sure!" Lucy agreed. "How about you, Erza?" she turned to the redhead. Erza just smiled, feeling proud of her choice.

"Yup. It's already complete," she answered. Lucy and Levy couldn't help but sweat drop.

"Hope she's not going over the top again, like last year," Lucy whispered towards Levy.

"Yeah. I'm hoping so too," Levy agreed.

"What was that, you two?" Erza snapped a glare towards them. They both flinch in terror.

"Nothing!" they dismissed and made various of hands gestures. Natsu just blinked in confusion, feeling left out. He leaned over to Jellal.

"What'd she do last year?" he openly asked. Lucy and Levy paled and stared at him with a doomed looked. Erza shot him a glare but she quickly averted when she felt the silents pleads from both Lucy and Jellal.

"It's not something you should ask, Natsu," Lyon gestured.

"Juvia thinks so too," Juvia conceded and clung onto Lyon again.

"If you guys say so," Natsu sighed. "Anyway, are you two done shopping with your outfits for tonight?" he asked.

"Yeah. It was kinda hard finding a size that matches my Juvia-chan~" Lyon hummed as he winked at Juvia and she just blushed.

"Get a room," Natsu and Gajeel grumbled. Lyon spared a glare only to meet Gajeel's.

"Natsu, have you found your outfit?" Lyon asked. Natsu didn't answer for a moment and gaze a meek shrug.

"What does that even mean?" Lyon asked in an aggrieved tone. Natsu rolled his eyes.

"Exactly what it sounds like," Natsu sassed.

End of class. 3 hours and a half left before the party.~

None of them couldn't find Natsu after the bell rang, he practically ran out of the classroom, they had tried calling him but he simply answered that he's fine and he'll attend the party. That reassured them but they couldn't help but get worried.
