Ifroze, staring at the angel in fear. I was scared of what he'd thinkof me...As...Well...This. Whatever kind of creature I was. Castiel'sbright blue eyes landed on me and stayed glued. I noticed him give alook of surprise, and step back slightly, then his eyes darkened andhe pinned me to a wall with his angel mojo.

Iyelped as my back hit the wall and the air was knocked out of mylungs. I couldn't breathe for a few seconds, and I could hear Sam andDean yelling at Cas. I finally managed to cough, and gasp for breath.Cas was ignoring the boys and came at me with menacing eyes. "Whoare you and what have you done with Y/N?" He demmanded.

"Cas!Stop! That is Y/N!" Dean yelled, grabbing his arm. Cas blinked thenlooked to Sam. "It's her Cas! Let her go!" He added. I stared atCas fearfully, my ears pulled back and my tail poofed out. Casinspected me, then his face softened and he let go of me. I stumbledand sighed in relief, feeling myself relax.

"I-Iapologize Y/N," Cas muttered, looking down, ashamed. I licked mylips, and my ears perked back up. "It's ok...I get it. I lookdifferent...You had no idea," I spoke softly, holding my tail andnervously fiddling with it.

Casgave me a small frown. "Y/N...I deeply apologize...Please...Do notfear me...I would never harm you intentionally," I nodded and wassurprised when Cas pulled me in for a hug. I gave a small squeak ofsurprise but found myself completely melting into his hold, hugginghim back, and smiling. Then the most embarrassing thing happened. Istarted to purr.

Icould tell this startled Cas a bit, but a tiny smile spread acrosshis lips. "This...This is somewhat comforting," I blushed fiftyshades of tomato, and Dean sniggered. "Are you...Purring?" "Shutthe fuck up Dean," I snapped in embarrassment, while Dean and Samlaughed, Cas frowning. "It is not nice to make fun of others,"Cas spoke.

Ismiled at Cas' adorable protectiveness, and stuck my tongue out atthe brothers who simply laughed. "Anywayyyyy...Cas...I waswondering if you could...Well help us find out what I am. I haveabsolutely no idea what the hell kind of creature I am," I spoke, then looked down, my ears going back and my tail wrapping itselfaround my waist.

Theboys noticed the change in my mood and stopped laughing, looks ofslight concern on their face. "Y/N are you alright?" Cas askedsoftly, his arm reaching out to mine. I chewed my lip and shrugged, while Dean and Sam gathered closer. "Y/N?" Sam spoke. I felttears gather in my eyes. "I-I...I just...I've been like this...M-mywhole life..And I've been hiding who I am from everyone. My m-momthought I was a freak, and f-forced me to live in s-solitude," Ichoked out.

"Heyhey... Y/N you are not a freak," Dean said softly. I was pulledinto a comforting embrace by Sam who nodded. "He's right-Cas? Whereare you going?" I frowned and turned to see Cas, angel blade inhand, making his way out of the bunker. "No one calls Y/N a freakand gets away with it," He stated, a hard look in his eyes.

Myown eyes widened. "Cas no no y-you don't even know where she is!"I said, and rushed to him, gripping his arm. "Come on just...Staywith me and help me please? Help me find out who I am," I begged, looking at him pleadingly. Cas' vibrant blue eyes stared at me, thensoftened. He sighed "Alright," He spoke softly.

Itdawned on me a second later that Cas was indeed an angel and coulddefinitely find my mother in a heart beat, but I stopped him and thatwas all that mattered. "Ok...Time to hit the books I guess," Isaid, and the four of us ventured to the library. I smiled, decidingto show off more of my skills and in one leap I was up on the bookshelf.

"Holy-"Dean breathed, eyes wide, while Sam blinked in disbelief. I chuckled."Comes with being a...Cat...Ish...Thing..." I trailed ofmiserably and shrugged, swishing my tail back and forth. "Becareful Y/N," Cas said, his eyes showing concern. "I'm alwayscareful," I winked at him and searched for any useful books.

Afterhours of searching I flopped on the floor and groaned. "It's nouse! I'll never find out what I am!" I groaned, and Sam rubbed myhead. "Don't give up so easily. We'll figure this out," Hepromised, and I pushed my head into his hand, purring, my ears goingback happily. Sam chuckled and continued to pet my head, Dean raisingan eyebrow.

"Youknow...I've never liked cat's but I suppose I could get used tothis," He said. That's when Cas stood up. "Neko," He said, andwe all looked at him funny. "You're a Neko Y/N. You're a carhumanoid. You have characteristics of both a feline and a human. ANeko is a creature of Japanese culture...Did you know your fatherY/N?" He asked.

Myeyes were wide and I was up on my feet in two seconds flat."I-I...No..." I mumbled. "I'm assuming he must have carried theNeko traits as do you. It only takes one parent to be a carrier inorder for the child to be a Neko," He informed me, and handed me abook. My eyes widened. "Cas I can't read Japanese," I said.

Casleaned over my shoulder and pointed to a painted picture of whatlooked like...Me. It was a woman, with Cat ears, cat tails, and eyes. She even had whiskers. I always cut off my whiskers. I didn't reallyneed them, and I had no other way to hide them. "Y/N?" Cas askedsoftly. I looked up at him, then tackled him in a hug.

"Thankyou," I breathed. "I finally know what I am...Thanks to you," Iheld him tight and the brothers watched happily. Cas hugged me backand when we pulled away I blushed upon realizing how close we were.Everything else seemed to either fade away, or just not matteranymore as I looked into Cas's big blue eyes.

"Ilove you," I whispered, a boost of courage going though me. "Ialways have and always will," Cas stared at me in surprise then asmall smile formed on his lips. "I believe I feel the same way,"He spoke, that deep gravely voice sending shivers down my spine. "Ohjust kiss already!" Dean shoved our faces together, and I yelpedthen chuckled, kissing the angel, who kissed me back.
