Hiding the pain they put you through
The words you can't say you write
Crying yourself to sleep at night
Wondering if anyone cares
You wish your life was different
You need someone to save you
Not because you're fragile
But because you can't handle this alone
Then a boy comes along
He helps you stand on your feet again
He shows you what love is actually like
You forget your previous pain
And you have a restful sleep
With peaceful dreams
The pain disappears
All because of a boy
And a few helpful friends
