Softly Singing

This is because I decided not to sing loud anymore in chorus because people have been complaining about my singing and one girl keeps saying that I need to blend so I'm singing softly to prove how quiet we are and how loud we actually are.

Ok so this poem has secret meaning so please pay attention to the words.
Enjoy.

Waters are strong but they don't run deep
Anything you believe is a fantasy
Now I sing so soft that the world
Can no longer hear my sound

My heart disobeys my mind
Music to my ear soft and slow
A melody that makes tears fall
Tears form puddles of blood

Melting sand just to get the glass
Saying sorry won't save this world
Mindless games is all we play
We're told to be social with society

The ending comes at night
Flowers growing in concrete
Bones are weaker than paper
Our souls break in half

Watching time only speeds life up
Thinking only slows us down
Jumping from a great height
A volcano erupts softly

Headphones keep the world out and sound in
Pain hurts us mentally
Love envies hate
Water mixes with fire

Breathing requires your attention
In and out the sound goes
And we tied it with a bow
Cutting off blood circulation

One drop of blood falls
Adding to my tears
Thank you for the years full of fear
Because I'm no longer singing softly

Waves spill through my mouth
Creating an ocean sound
My heart beat continues to thud
Notes collide with stars in the galaxies

That's where you'll be
Singing softly.
