Harry's POV

I woke up to an empty spot in the bed. The first seconds, I didn't realize what it meant. But when the memories of Eve being in my arms struck my sleepy mind, my body shifted from the mattress. I might have been overacting. She could be somewhere else in the room: in the bathroom, the living room or even the kitchen! Trying to calm myself, I slipped out of the bed, my nervousness breaking another level up.

I think I had feared that she'd leave me, for the last days. As I slipped on a pair of boxers from my drawers, my head begun to wander in the reminiscences of the previous night. Everything that occurred was slowly collected in my mind, earning a large decrease of nervousness. 'She loves me!' I remembered clearly how her beautiful lips shaped the three words. Her soft but desperate voice telling me she loves me was repeated again and again in my head.

I was so scared she wouldn't love me back - or worst panic and leave. However, she stayed there in my arms, pressing her quivering body against me. I was still wondering why her sleep suddenly got troubled. She seemed so worried.

Once my jeans were on, I exited the bedroom to the living room. Dishes lay in the whole room and the furniture weren't at their usual place. However, it was the least problems I had. She wasn't there. I wandered for her in the other rooms, sweating the shi-t out of me. She was nowhere to be found. She left.

My mind was balancing between madness and desolation. She left. What the f-uck did I do wrong? She was in my arms, she looked happy... Why did she leave? My hands reached to my head and started to tug at my hair, trying to understand if I made a mistake. I had tried not to force her into anything, I wanted her to feel at ease even though she confessed, too.

As I sat at the edge of the bed, in the guest room, I sighed out. I tried to battle against the strong fear that seized me. It was hard, especially because she said she loved me. The ache would've been probably lesser.

Now, I'm falling from cloud nine. The fall is long and interminable. It will stop when I finally see her.
I had to see her. However, I didn't want to brisk her by arriving with my state. I was torn in two. She surely needed some space to get things sort out in her heart... Dropping my arms along my sides, my hands fisted into balls, trying to understand her.

What am I supposed to do?

D-amn! I needed explanations. I wanted to know if I could change something to her problem. She might have just realized what she said, and then she ran away. I should definitely talk to her.
I jumped from the bed and rushed to my bedroom. I grabbed a random shirt and a coat before storming out of my room with my keys and helmet.

When I reached the ground floor, I burst out towards my black bike was parked with others in a makeshift garage. Among, the dozen of bikes, mine was the most recognizable as it was the oldest but altogether the strongest of all. The caretaker had converted an old room into a garage to house our bikes since most of us owned one.

After rolling the awning up, I pushed my bike towards the street. Then, I walked back towards the garage to close the yawning. My moves were quick due to the routine. However, the nervousness added to the rush I had already acquired.

Looking up to the sky, my eyes met clouds, which matched my mood. The clouds weren't too gray, making me sigh. Rain wouldn't fall while I'd be on the road. Driving under rain was one of the drawbacks of bikes. Hopefully, that wouldn't happen in the next minutes.
