Ladybug scanned the Paris rooftops for him. Any sign that he had been there. Finally, she spotted him on the Musse de Orsay. "Chat?" She asked softly. He glanced up at her. "Are you crying?" She asked. Chat Noir glanced away. "What's wrong?" She asked, sitting down beside him. "Today was the day... My mom..." He took in a deep breath. "Died." "Oh Chat." Ladybug breathed, embracing him in a hug. Chat had never really talked about his civilian identity much, only how much Ladybug would swoon if she saw his true face. "It's fine." Chat said, sadly. "It's just that... I really miss her. I wish she could see me and be there for me when I NEED her." "I'm sure she's smiling down from heaven." Ladybug replied, putting in arm around his shoulders. "And extremely proud of who you've become. A pun-loving, flirty and kind cat." "Thanks LB. A friend from school said the exact same thing to me earlier..."
