"You didn't chose this life." Adrien nodded and said softly, "Marinette, if my father were more understanding of teenage love, I would love to be an a relationship with you. But he's just... stubborn." Marinette nodded again and stumbled out of the room. "Well?" Alya asked excitedly, before seeing the sad look on Marinette's face. "Okay, I'm going to murder that boy!" "Alya, don't!" "Why? He's being a total b****h!" "Alya, he told me if he could he would, it's just his father." Alya frowned. "Then I'll murder his father!" Marinette laughed as Alya stormed out of the building, pausing only to grab her boyfriend, Nino, by his ear. "Are you okay?" A soft voice asked from behind her. Marinette turned. It was Nathanael.
