Marinette smiled as her classmates wished her happy birthday. Everyone minus Chloè (She wasn't surprised) and Adrien. Marinette was slightly heartbroken. How could her boyfriend/partner-in-crime forget her birthday? He smiled at her and mouthed 'Happy birthday' when he saw her, but that was it.
That night on patrol, Ladybug felt a thud on the ground behind her and turned around to see Cat Noir smiling down at her and pass her a small box.
"Happy birthday my lady."
