Thomas’s POV

“Goodmorning Ma!” I greeted her as I stretched my arms and yawned.

“Kamusta tulog?” Mom asked me while she fixes the dining table for our breakfast.

“Great.” I answered back pero medyo sumasakit likod ko. Lumapit ako sa dining table and got some hotdogs.

“Hey.” Mom said as she slapped my hand. “Manners please.” She reminded me. “And by the way, can you drop those sa boutique ngayon?” She added. Mom has a business in Greenhills. She owns a boutique shop there. And that’s make her and Alex close because Alex is fond of shopping and Mom spoils her with that.

“Maaaaa.” I started. “You know I can’t do that. May bisita ako ngayon. Why don’t you just ask Kuya Axel.”

“Hey, I heard that.” Axel cuts me off. “Morning, Ma.” He went on our place and kissed Mommy. “Hindi ako pwede ngayon, coding ako eh.”

“Unless…” he added and flashed us a grin.

“No way!” I rejected as soon as I found out kung ano ang meaning niya. “Hindi ko papahiram ang kotse ko sayo no. Ayokong mapahamak si Top sayo no, like what you did on your car.”

“Okay, okay.” He started laughing while raising both his hands in the air. “Ang OA mo naman.”

“Shut up, bro.” then I looked at my Mom’s direction. “Okay mom. Ako na nga magdadala niyan. Kayo muna bahala kay Alex. I promise I’ll be doing this quickly.” I sighed.

“I’m going to tell Alex nalang. Thanks baby. I promise, ipapacarwash ko si Top mo mamaya.” She bribed me while kissing me on the cheek.

“Mama talaga.” I smiled while shaking my head.

I loaded the stuffs I have to bring on my car and headed to Greenhills. Hindi naman ganun ka traffic kasi medyo maaga pa naman. I was about to park my car when my phone suddenly beeped.

Thanks, bro. Against who daw?

Not sure bro. Basta be ready nalang daw. See you!

Medyo wrong timing, but at least I can invite Alex to watch. I unloaded the stuff and headed at Mom’s boutique. Syempre, naginventory pa ako, plus check yung pinapacheck ni Mama and everything that comes in between.

“Sir, gusto niyo po ba ng tubig?” The sales lady asked me.

“Ahh, hindi na. Paalis na rin naman ako. On the way nalang ako bibili. Thank you.” I smiled with assurance.

“Ganun po ba?” then she handed me papers, “Sir, papirma nalang poi to para makaalis na rin po kayo.” She said.

I signed the papers the moment I finished checking them. Nagpaalam na rin ako sa mga staff ni Mama na sobrang hospitable at mababait. The way they handle the costumers is very professional.

Medyo nafeel kong nagutom ako kaya I dropped by at Mcdonalds and ordered a chicken nuggets and fries. I checked the time and it’s already 2:30 kaya tumayo na ako at dinala nalang yung coke. Nagmamadali ako maglakad and I checked my phone again to found put I have 3 missed calls from Mommy when I bumped into someone.
