I slowly opened my eyes and saw Dani waving 3 blue balloons in my face.

"Happy Birthday Kuya!!" She greeted me.

"Happy Birthday Bro!" Thirdy walks towards us holding a cake.

"Post birthday celebration ba 'to?" I smiled.

"Ha?" They gave me a confusing look.

"Nga-ngayon palang be-birthday ko?" I confusingly asked.

"Kuya, kaka October 27 palang ngayon. Excited lang masyado? Mamaya pa party mo no!" Dani smiles.

"Pwede naman akong mag shorts mamaya di ba? Oh my god!! Magpapaayos ako sa parlor!! Nandyan mamaya si Jeron!! Ahhhh!! Osige Kuya alis na muna ako ah. Happy Birthday! I love you!" She kissed me on the cheek and hurriedly went outside the room.

Fuck.

So that was all in my dreams? Panaginip lang lahat yun?

Well that was a good dream though.

I lazily got up and threw my pillow. "Badtrip." I muttered.

"Mukhang maganda panaginip mo bro ah." Thirdy butted in.

I heaved out a deep sigh, "Sobra."

"Well, it's a happy birthday for you bro." Then he threw back the pillow at me.

"Thanks." I said as he went outside the room.

Hay, Alex. It's been 2 years since you went away. It's been 2 years since I last saw you, since I last talked to you. Akala ko naka move on na ako. Akala ko mabilis kitang makakalimutan. Akala ko okay na ako. Pero bakit habang tumatagal parang lalong sumasakit? Bakit pakiramdam ko, habang tumatagal lumalayo ka na sakin? Pakiramdam ko dinala mo sa America yung kalahati ng piyesa na bumubuo sakin?

Thomas POV

Please fasten your seatbelts as the plane is now landing at the vicinity of Manila. Thank you for flying with us.

"Hey, you okay?" Alex said.

The trip did not make me well, masyado ata akong na jetlag from yesterday's flight.

"Ye-yes." I managed to answer.

"Nahihilo ka ba? Or what?" She placed her hand at my forehead checking if I have colds

. I smiled a bit, "Hindi dyan yung masakit eh. Wag yan hawakan mo."

"Saan?"

"Dito oh." Nilabas ko yung kamay ko and held her hand.

"Corny mo talaga Torres. Ayan kasi, sabi ng wag na akong salubungin sa Singapore. Para naman kasing hindi tayo magkikita sa Manila." Si Alex.

"Excuse me, di kita sinundo no. Asa ka naman. Taas ng confidence mo."

"Eh bat nagpunta ka ng Singapore kahapon? Gasta ng gasta ng pera!" She argued.

"May binili kasi ako." I replied.
