Y/N's POV

"No! Stop the wedding!" I yell. Every person in the small fenced off section of the field watch me as I stand up from my dainty white chair. Shawn's eyes are glued to me, while Reagan shoots me an evil glare.

"This isn't right." I stutter out. The officiator stands with his mouth open.

"Y/N, please..." Shawn says through gritted teeth.

"No, Shawn. You aren't supposed to be with her. You're supposed to be with me!" I start to cry as I slowly walk down the aisle towards Shawn.

"Gosh, I never should have let you go." He whispers.

"What the heck, Shawn? This is our wedding, not yours and hers! Now let's get it back on." Reagan adjusts her veil and grabs her bouquet from her bridesmaid.

"I can't Reagan. I'm not supposed to be with you." Shawn grabs my hands and pulls me too him.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. Shawn, you may kiss your bride."

I'm pulled back into reality by the two simple sentences and watch as Shawn bends down, taking Reagan's face in his hands and gingerly kissing her.

It's like the world slows down to complete slow motion. The cheers begin to erupt from the crowd as everyone stands, applauding the newlywed couple.

As Shawn releases Reagan, his eyes scan the crowd and land on me before he sheepishly looks down at the ground in front of him. He looks as if he's holding back tears. And it's not because he misses me. He knows what he's done to me.

The dam holding back all of the tears through their handwritten vows in the middle of spring, surrounded by their entire families shatters, and I begin to cry as Shawn intertwines his fingers with Reagan's and leads her back down the aisle in triumph.

A/N:

I honestly am on the verge of tears right now as I write this. I can just imagine Shawn's face as he sees Y/N in the audience. I have no clue why you guys like the 'Slip Away' imagines so much...

QOTD: What season do you wanna get married in?

AOTD: Spring because I want to use light yellow as an accent color and light yellow looks best in spring. Can you tell I want to be a wedding planner? I literally have my entire wedding planned. Now all I need is a groom and a date and time. Lol
