Lauren's POV
After I got off the phone with Sinu I tried my best to keep it together until my parents got there, she contacted my mom for me knowing that I wouldn't be able to do it. My dad was going to stay with the kids while my mom took me to the hospital; they were there in no time because they were already in there way.
Tatum and Joey didn't know what was going on but Kenzie could clearly tell that I was upset about something and it really confused her. I didn't want to alarm her because I didn't know the full extent of what happened to Camila, I just know that she was rushed to the hospital from her job.
On the way to the hospital with my mom I couldn't hold it in anymore and I started crying, my mom rubbed my arm trying to sooth me while she kept the other hand on the steering wheel.
"Shh sweetie, you don't know if it's bad don't work yourself up." She said in a calming tone.
I just shook my head. "I don't have a good feeling mom, I don't know what I'd do if I lost her." I sobbed out.
"The last thing you need to do is jump to conclusions, she's going to be fine." She said and I knew she believed it but she hasn't been through what I have Camila could be ripped from me just like David was.
"I'll believe it when I see it." I said keeping my gaze out the window wiping away my tears ever so often.
We get to the hospital and we were directed to a waiting room the same exact room I sat in when they told me that my husband was gone forever. I was reliving the worst time of my life and it was overwhelming.
"Lauren." I hear my name being called.
I looked up to see Sinu approaching me and my mom.
I stood immediately from my seat I just wanted to know what was going on. "Sinu please tell me that she's okay." I begged her tears still falling I couldn't stop them.

"Witnesses say that she was assaulted by a young female, Camila fell and it cause some trauma to her brain when her head hit the pavement. They ran some test and they did a MRI and CT scan and it showed an intracerebral hematoma, which is a brain bleed. Camila is in surgery now." She relayed.
I couldn't register what she was saying. "She has a brain bleed from falling, are you serious right now. You're telling me I could lose her because some bitch pushed her." I could feel anger brewing in me. "Who did this to her?" I demanded.
"I don't know they said the woman ran off but they are running security footage, whoever it is they will not get away with it. Right now we need to focus on Camila you need to be strong right now okay." Sinu said to me.
"She's going to be okay right?" I choked out.
Sinu just hugged me. "Nothing is certain Lauren you know that, but we are going to pray that she comes though this." Sinu comforted me I know this had to be just as hard for her Camila was her only child.
