You carefully climb down from the wall and walk into the marine base through the front door. While wandering down the hallways you are sure that at least ten marines have spotted you, but for some reason, they didn't seem to take any action to stop you from infiltrating this place. You stop in front of a fairly large door after you somehow reached the third floor. Two voices could be heard. You open a small gap and decide to listen in on their conversation.

"Dad, I want to execute Pirate Hunter Zoro in three days."

"You can do what you want. I don't care."

He wants to execute him in three days? Didn't he say he'll be set free if he survives for a month?

You quickly move around the corner when you hear someone walking out the large door. It's the guy who trampled on the little girl's food. You follow him until he walks into another room. No one else is in there. Now is the chance to confront him.

"Didn't you promise him you'll let him go, if he survives for a month?" you ask while staring at him blankly.

"Huh? Who are you and how did you get in here?!" he shouts at you to cover up how surprised he was. You don't respond. After a few seconds of silence and glaring, he speaks up. "Tsk, is Pirate Hunter your friend or something? Look, why would I keep a promise I made with that idiot? He's stupid for believing me." He is mockingly laughing at your now irritated expression.

"I don't care who it is. Once you make a promise with someone, you better keep it!" You stare at him intensely and he backed away a bit when you raised your voice.

"Someone come in here and arrest this girl!" Two marines storm in and the smug looking guy leaves the room. "Heh, you think you can mess with me? My dad will execute you too!"

Now you are left with two armed marines, who are set on arresting you. "Put down your weapons and come with us!" they demand.

You look down on your hip.

Weapons? That's right, I almost forgot about them.

You swiftly pull out your two guns, which are strapped onto the left side of your thick leather belt. Without thinking, you shot two bullets simultaneously, hitting the swords out of both marines' hands. While they were left in dismay, you put back your guns and grab your knife that is located on the right side of the belt, without delay. You leap forward and knock both marines out with the backside of the blade.

You take a step back and look at the scene you've caused. To be honest, you feel like you purely acted on instinct because you couldn't remember ever learning how to fight. Of course, you were taken aback, but every move felt natural to you.

Now is not the time to think about it.

Looking around the room, you head towards a window and from there you could see Zoro still strapped to the wooden cross.

There he is. I have to tell him about the promise. The broken... promise...
