Back from the dead, I blame betting.
And the hunt begins.....
"Does it look like I give two fucks on how I'm treating him, why are you getting all soft on him NOW." Sabrina frowns at me.
"Do you not see what you fucking did, you mutilated his face, what kind of sick twisted shit is that!" I yell not holding back the fears of talking back anymore.
"How the fuck is he going to eat, how the hell is he going to give the "information" you were looking for, your basically doing this for your own sick twisted desires now."
"Listen Sil-"
"No you fucking listen, I never was going to be apart of this if I knew you were going to take it this far, you don't even know this human and where he came from and you already fucked him up beyond recognition. What if you're wrong about him, what if you did all this and he doesn't even know what the hell you're talking about."
"A human's a human, you didn't care what happened to them a day ago, why the change of heart?"
I give her a final look of hatred before storming off, knowing I can't get through to her.
Diana's POV
"Ramirez!" I yelled while up in the air. Everyone has been frantic since he had gone missing, and he hadn't been back for five days now. Each day we go farther and farther out in search parties to find any clues of where he was. Luckily I was able to get the glider built so I could cover more ground. We were relentless in the search but we kept on turning up empty handed. Zoey didn't even want to hear of trying to give up, none of us did either. I just hoped we weren't to late.
As I flew more, the day before crossed over my mind. Of the girl who was on the hunt for humans, maybe she would have come across many in her hunt, could she have seen him? Maybe her captive could have been apart of the seekers and captured Ramirez and was holding him up in their fortress.
It was a better lead than none, I just had to find a way to find them again. I had to ask for help from that mercenary again.
This will be my shortest chapter, just a recap on whats happening. I'll try to update again by next week, Promise on that one.
