It was a cold night and I was just walking around in the woods. I couldn't sleep, so I loved to walk in the woods to clear my mind. It was always so peaceful out here, especially at night. It was a bit creepy at times, but I tried not to think about it too much.
It was so quiet and peaceful, until I suddenly heard a quiet sound. I listened carefully as I tried to follow the sound. It sounded like a quiet whisper.
I looked around trying to figure out where it was coming from but I was completely clueless. I didn't see anyone.
I decided that it wasn't worth it so I began to head back home, before I heard the whispering grow louder. Where was the sound coming from...the tree?
I put my ear against the tree in front of me. I listened carefully.
"Help me...I'm trapped inside....set me free....help me..."
