"Where is Triumvia even located at?" I asked curiously while we flew away in the chilly temperature of the sky for the sun was merely rising. Apparently, we'll be landing soon just the same because of the reason that flying for more than an hour would drain our energy so they had planned ahead to land at one of the smaller islands along the way to Fantasia, the northern continent that was our last stop before heading off to Triumvia if we could.

We will then travel by sea from the island with a ship waiting for our arrival already as we speak. It would take a week at most or more by ship to Fantasia but flying wasn't an option for it would drain our energy because we can't risk facing demons with drained energy and neither is teleportation a choice.

As Alfreed had said it earlier to inform me who's oblivious of the history of everything since I don't know much and still on the process of learning, she filled me up by saying that some of the ancient kings of Fantasia and Avalon used magic to protect their land.

Demons have abilities to teleport as she had informed and often, Fantasia and Avalon had suffered from numerous demon attacks and infiltration in the past for skilled warriors were the first to be killed, leaving not much force in both kingdoms.

I shivered when she even informed me that a quarter of the population of Fantasia were all killed at one time in history where there blood was shed, some fighting for their kingdom and the rest, the helpless. Most of the kingdom has been burned to the ground then due to the demon who wielded fire.

In response to the problem and tragic happenings, the two kings had placed enchantments all around, the sea not being an exemption and it was said that the enchantments around Avalon and Fantasia which nullifies teleportation already began from just 10 miles away of Zamonia so that trying teleportation was null to whoever tried and wished to teleport to Avalon nor Fantasia.

On the other hand, the other kingdoms had other ways of protecting their own continents and yet, I was utterly aghast when I learned that Ithania, the second-largest continent which was located at the far south of Zamonia was actually a continent where the demon's inhabit.

Never knew that not until the red-headed third ranker informed me so. I have never actually thought the demons in this world actually had a continent all to themselves but hey, nothing is still weirder than Prelusia, the floating island above Zamonia after all.

Flying on the other hand would prove to be a faster way to reach Fantasia rather than riding a ship for a week or so but it would be a dangerous risk as they said it. Demons can appear now and then because the barriers around each continent can't protect us when we are on sea.

I just learned such said fact from Cyan a few minutes ago. Each continent had their own barriers that were supported by it's own king of the continent to keep demons out at most. High ranked demons can still enter the barriers due to their power but the fact that they were actually fewer in number rather than normal demons whose numbers multiply infinitely for some unknown reason is still helpful of reducing the force of the enemy.

And so you see, we have no other choice but to travel by ship and for a week at that which reminds me that I already know I'd die of boredom if no one makes up some things to entertain us along the way. Well, these guys were there to talk with so that would help but I doubt it would be enough. But I have some books with me to read after all.

The vanishing island, Triumvia as they called it wasn't that far off from Fantasia itself for it was just a few miles away, however, the problem we would face would prove to be difficult. I don't even know how we would find the solution anyway.
