Chapter 16. (Shes hiding in there somewhere)

Chapter 16.

I instantly got lifted up into someone's chest.

I whimpered in pain as my head moved, I was in so much pain. "shh it's alright baby, I've got you" Luke whispered softly into my ear.

Tears continued to flow freely down my cheeks as Luke held me in his arms. Luke sat on my bed, me laying on his lap with my head on his shoulder, where he held it delicately.

"P-please I don't wanna be I-in here" I hiccuped as I sobbed into his neck. "shh it's alright darling, we'll go into my room yeah?" he said standing up.

"Y-yes" I cried. As he carried my 50000 pound body out the door I looked to the closet to see a dark, glowing eye starring out from the crack and a bright smirk on her lips.

I gripped onto Luke tighter, my breathing going rough again. "what" they questioned, looking towards the closet.

"Cassidy there is nothing to be afraid of" Luke whispered. "see, Cal show er'" he said.

Calum nodded and started to walk towards the closet. "NO" I screamed. he looked to me with wide eyes almost wondering why I would scream at him like that.

He turned back around and continued walking towards the closet. "no please no" I cried.

He reached the closet, setting his hand on the door knob.

"No no no no please calum" I cried. "it's fine see" he opened up the doors quickly but before I could see anything I squeezed onto Luke, wrapping my legs tightly around his torso, my arms tightly around his neck as I pushed my face into his chest, trying to block out all sound.

But nothing was heard. "See, it's empty" Calum said. I hesitated before opening my eyes to an empty closet.

She was hiding in there somewhere.

"Please can we leave" I asked Luke, not letting go from my extremely tight grip.

"Sure love" he nodded, walking out of the room, Michael closed the door as the all followed us into a room that I only assumed was Luke's.

He laid on the bed, laying me down in his chest. "ash be a doll and go get some pain killers for Cassidy's head" Luke chuckled.

"Sure king luke" Ashton bowed down making me giggle a bit, before wincing slightly.

"It's alright darling" Luke whispered, softly, using the lightest touch as he stroked my head gently playing with my hair, soothing me out of the memory of just a couple of minutes ago.

"You need to tell us what happened love" Calum whispered.

"No" the soft cry came out of my mouth in a quiet soft plead. "we can help you if you tell us. we can't if you don't" he whispered.

"She attacked me" I said quickly, letting another tear roll down my face.

I was so open to these guys and I hated it but I can't seem to stop myself.

"How did she attack you?" he asked.

"When you guys left" I started.

"I well I called her and the" I started to get worked up, but soon calmed as Luke hushed me, playing with my hair in a soothing matter.

"The closet door it started opening slowly and then it just flew, smashing off of the wall. And she was-she was s-standing there" I gulped before continuing.

"Just standing there" I repeated. "What did she look like" Ashton asked, now returning with the pills.

I guess he heard is talking. "nothing like before" I muttered. "she was so scary, I didn't know what to do I was terrified" I cried.

"She was in dark clothes and her hair was longer and darker and in front of her face and the she just attacked me" I whispered.

They all looked deep in thought as Luke laid me down on the. Bed beside him, putting the pill into my mouth and giving me a cup.

I took a sip, swallowing the pill.

He laid back down and pulled me closer to him, I snuggled into him more. I felt so comfortable with them and it was so strange.

I guess I liked the feel of protection and affection. I've missed it for so long. But the events that occurred in my past made it hard for me to do so.

There was always going to be a feeling of being unsure but without me having to think of my past 24/7 I haven't really thought about it.

Well other than Cass...

I really didn't want to think of her right now.

Luke played with my hair as I spoke the rest of my story. "and she then heard you guys coming and the second you opened the door, she was gone" I whispered.

I scratched my arm, tugging at the sleeve to move so I could get to the right spot.

I gasp stopped me and I looked towards the boys. Luke did too.

They were starring at me wide eyed. It was seriously scarring at me, as I tensed beside Luke.

"Please stop" I whispered. "sorry but Cassidy, you're, you're arm" Michael ran to me and lifted my arm.

I looked at it, inspecting it like he was doing. I also gasped as I saw dark brown/purplish bruises on my arm, they were shaped out as a hand, like grabbing into my fore arm really tightly.

I whimpered as I gently brushed my finger tip over the sensitive skin.

Now I kind of do remember a sharp pain in my arms. armS. I looked at me other arm and there was another bruise, similar to my other arm.

There's some evidence. "oh my gosh" Luke whispered with a tiny gasp. I laid back into his chest.

"Can we do something to take my mind off of it" I asked. "sure? A movie?" they asked. I nodded eagerly, ignoring the pain in my head as I did so.

"Sweet, how about a Disney movie" Ashton smiled. "oo oo can we watch frozen" luke begged.

I agreed. "sure" they laughed. They turned the tv on got the remotes then we all squished into the bed together.

By then end of the movie I was drowsy, I cried during the movie. I always find movies like these sad and emotional but I don't know why.

It still wasn't over, there was like 15 minuets left but I couldn't stay awake. I was trying so hard.

My eye lids fell and it was a struggle to open them but I forced them too, quickly looking to the door just to make sure before finally letting my eye lids drop, entering a deep slumber.
