Dreams - Derek Hale

Running. Running through the woods someone was following me or something was following me. I ran as fast as my legs could carry me but I looked back to see what was following me but nothing was there so I stopped. I turned around and found a tall muscly man with blue burning eyes looking at me through the trees.

"Derek stop you don't need to following me when I go jogging you know ?" I asked turning around placing my hands on my hips

"Amber I can't...I need to make sure you're safe" He said walking out from behind the trees

"How about instead of following me you could just join me over here?" I said gesturing my hand for him to come over to where I was standing.

"Fine" He said he jogged over slowly and stood in front of my causing me to slightly raise my head so I could see his eyes which had turned green. He stood there for a minute looking at my lips then at my eyes

"Amber I wanted to ask you something if you promise not to over react?" He asked staring into my eyes

"Okay I promise I won't overreact" I said whilst imitating a Girl Scout.

"Amber I know we have been friends for awhile now and at first I thought these feeling I had for you were just imaginary but now I have come to the agreement that I deeply care for you and your safety Amber I think I've fallen in love with you" Derek said looking at me tenderly

"Derek I --" I stuttered out as he cut me off

"I thought you would say something like that but I don't want anyone or anything getting in the way of us being together" He said whilst cupping my hand with one of his and placing the other on my jaw. I started to blush at these actions I had never seen Derek been so romantic before towards anyone.

"Derek I want to tell you something as well" As I said this he raised an eyebrow in surprise or confusion I had no idea at this point.

"I have feelings for you too that I myself have kept from everyone I can't deny that I feel exactly the same way" I said looking into his eyes and finding the look of lust I haven't seen before. He leaned in closer to me,I put my hand on the back of his head,and I leaning closer and closer until our lips were centimetres away from each other.

*THUD*

"Ow" I said realising that I have fallen off the side of my bed crashing onto the floor.

"It was only just a dream as usual" I had dreamed about becoming Derek's girlfriend before so many times that I've lost count. I had known Derek for about 2 years ever since Scott got bit and I met Lyall or Edie or Mrs McCall as I liked to call her considering she was one of my closest and best friends. We have been living together for 6 months now in a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

Edie and I both had a walk-in closet we shared our house with Scott and Stiles two of our friends however Scott and Edie were dating so therefore shared a room so we had one spare.

But I had fallen in love with Derek but I've never felt these feelings towards anyone before not even my past boyfriends never have I been so magnetically attracted to someone like I am to Derek.

I looked at my bedside clock and saw that the time was 8:00am Saturday I decide to tidy my bed and check on Edie.

Edie was still in bed cuddling Scott because there were doing a "study session" last night but I know it was something else. After I checked on her I went downstairs to get some breakfast.

When I was starting to eat my toast and drink my usual lemon flavoured tea I heard a small knock on the front door. I was annoyed at this and thought who the hell would be knocking at my door and this ungodly hour ? As usual I'd get it considering Edie wasn't going to get her lazy ass outta bed. When I got to the door I was going to answer with my usual 'if it's post just leave it outside by the porch' or 'no ads please' until I heard a deep voice come from behind the door that I an instant recognised it was Derek ?
