Your Kids Names - BBC Sherlock

SHERLOCK:

Boy: William John Holmes

After many arguments for the name for your newborn son - Sherlock of course wanted the baby to be named Sherlock but you wanted something more traditional. You decided to compromise and go with William.

You and Sherlock both knew from the start that your kids name was going to include John's name in it no matter what and William John just seemed perfect.

Girl: Daphnie Eurus Holmes

You decided on the name Daphnie as Sherlock wanted the name to have some connection with crime solving and all you could think about was your favorite show as a child (Scooby Doo) so you decided to call her Daphnie.

Sherlock wanted Daphnies middle name to be Eurus as he seemed to have some sort of connection with his sister and he loves her dearly and after much debate you agreed.

JOHN:

Girl: Rosamund Mary Watson

You had met John a little while after Mary had passed away and fell in love with him. Once he had told you about Rosie you fell in love with her to and looked after her as if she was your own.

Boy: Sebastian Sherlock Watson

You and John wanted to give your son a different name that not many people had and after a lot of thinking you decided on Sebastian.

The middle name Sherlock came about due to the fact Sherlock ment so much to John and that Sherlock kept badgering you to name you child after him.

MYCROFT

Boy: Charles Barren Holmes

Mycroft had chose the name of your son and you could tell as it was a very traditional and 'high class' name.

Girl: Eliza Anne Holmes

You chose the name Eliza as it was more modern and seemed of a more happy and chilled name.

Mycroft chose the name Anne as it was again more 'traditional'

JIM:

Boy: James Arthur Moriarty

You and Jim (much to Jims triumph) decided to name your son after his dad.

The middle name Arthur came about because it is the name of a king and honey you should see him in a crown

Girl: Alice Belle Moriarty

You had chose the name Alice because as a child you were obsessed with Alice in Wonderland and you would always play pretend with the name Alice.

Jim chose the name Belle because of the Disney film beauty and the beast and he thought it would suit your daughter well as he thought she was truly beautiful.

GREG:

Girl: Grace (Y/n) Lestrade
You and Greg thought that Grace was a beautiful name for your daughter and it seemed to fit her perfectly.

Greg wanted to use your name as a middle name for your daughter as whatever happened she would have some sort of connection to you.

Boy: George Gregory Lestrade

You had always liked the name George so when you found out you were having a little boy you knew he was going to be named George.

You named him Gregory after his dad Greg (although you really wanted him to be 'George Gandalf')
