I'm spinning, I'm turning, I'm chasing my dreams,
I'm excited, I'm anxious, but it's just not what it seems
One second it's anger, the next jealousy,
One minute I'm sad, the next happy
Round and round the merry go round goes,
Spiralling in insanity as the wind blows
Thought provoking scenes like gunshots in the air,
One day it's maddening, the next I hardly care
One sentence can bring me down like an earthquake,
Tornadoes twisting, there are choices to make
One would refer to it as 'merry' go round,
But all I see is ambivalence, it's broken, off the ground
One minute it's love, the next it's hate,
You better get off fast, else it'll be late
You can't stop now, you'll keep twisting and turning,
There that fire is, alive and burning
Round and round the merry go round goes,
Spiralling in insanity while noone else knows.

Ambivalence is pain. Having contradictory emotions floating through your head is torture. Seeing different colours while viewing one masterpiece is breathtaking.
Ambivalence is pain, but sometimes it can be the cushion to your fall. Sometimes it can be neutral territory for when the two sides of your head are in a quarrel. Left or right? Go straight.
