The blissful notion of sleeping and never waking up,
No more punches to reality, noone has to interrupt
Drifting away to a better place,
Never even having a path to trace
To wander unknowingly to far away lands,
No need to stitch the threads, no need for reprimands
To escape the void of blackness surrounding you,
To escape everyone and everything, it's too good to be true
To forget about the past committed sins, to have to start all over again,
Going on an adventure and starting a new chapter, this doesn't have to be the end
Going straight to bed and never having to wake up again,
Is probably the most blissful thought that runs around in my head
To constantly drift in the sky above,
To leave behind, let go of all you loved
To shut away the world you left behind,
And drift away to a better life.
