Take shelter behind the buildings, or just run

Get out of your houses unless you want to die
A zombie apocalypse has just begun,
There's no time to hide, just gather speed and run
Grab hold of your loved ones and leave the city,
They won't show any mercy, no time for pity
Jump, duck, do what it takes,
To avoid the zombies and the destruction they create
Make sure you don't leave behind any traces,
They'll be able to identify your scent and faces
Get down, hide, don't let them see,
Gather speed and run from the zombies
As I see them crowding around and creeping close,
I feel myself shivering from head to toe
Numbness overtaking as I'm paralysed with fear,
Shielding my face as I slowly break into tears
Realization hits faster than any bullet could,
I do what's right, exactly what I should
My head a little higher as I tackle World War- Z,
Shooting through the wave of deadly zombies
Bodies litter the floor as I take my stand,
The queen of destruction will rule the land
Eyes set in determination I shoot a final blow,
And drop the fallen enemies on the crimson floor
Don't duck or hide, just get out your guns,
A zombie apocalypse has just begun.

What if the world's judgement was just one huge zombie apocalypse? The taunts and remarks are the weapons, the people are the zombies and the wounds are the impacts of the words said.
Why do people refuse to believe there's such a thing as a zombie apocalypse? Why do people refuse to believe
there's such a thing as 'judgement' or 'stereotypes'? Beacuse we all want to believe we're good people and that the world can be a happy place.
Turns out, the only way to survive is to have your own gun and shoot your way across the bridge of life. Don't run or hide from people, face it. If people think they have all the right to insult you and break down your walls, just break them back. Nobody messes with a girl who knows her place in this world.
