Chapter 38

- Demi's POV -

i woke up early in the morning and couldn't go back to sleep.

I looked at the clock.

3:43am

fuck.

i finally got out of bed.

I had waist this energy somehow.

i went into Mackenzie's room and she was fast asleep.

I went into Lillian's room to see her just laying there with Makayla asleep next to her.

she looked at me and sighed.

"can't sleep?" I whispered.

"you know, she can't hear... so it doesn't matter if you talk aloud." Lillian said, no trace of sleep in her voice.

"how long have you been up?" I asked her

"I haven't been to sleep yet." she answered.

I sighed and went to sit down next to her. she scooted over to give me more space and I laid next to her.

"why not?" I asked her.

"I don't know, but I just feel so energized when I close my eyes." she said honestly.

"Want some Benadryl?" I asked her. she nodded and I went to get some.

I handed her some water and the two little blue and white pills.

she took them and I rubbed her back as she feel asleep.

I went back to my room after checking on Mackenzie again and fell asleep almost instantly.

ANYWAYS... WOULD YOU GUYS BE MAD IF I DID A MAJOR TIME SKIP?
