Chapter 33 ✨

We reached our teams door alongside Kabuto who met with his teammates. Naruto grinned at Kabuto and waved goodbye before pushing open the doors. My team and I walked inside to find the room empty.

"If 'heaven' does not exist, enrich your knowledge and prepare for the chance. If 'earth' does not exist, run the fields in search of an advantage. Open the series of heaven and earth, and the perilous way shall redressed. This is namely the secret of 'the one that guides'" Sakura read off the poster on the wall.

I rubbed my temples and groaned. "What's that?" Naruto asked. "It probably has to do with the scroll." Sakura answered.

"Hey guys I'm here!" Isamu yelled running into the room. Sakura screeched in surprised and jumped upwards landing in my arms. We looked at eachother in surprise. "Uh....Sakura, are you okay?" I asked holding her so she wouldn't fall.

She laughed in embarrassment and nodded. "Yes, Isamu just surprised me." I put her down and narrowed my eyes at Isamu who was looking right back at me.

"Haru! Now I must continue my story of seeing your sensei at that bar!" He said looking into the far distance dramatically. I face palmed at him while Sakura just seemed confused.

"No Isamu now is not the time." I stated. He rolled his eyes then stood up from the floor, he suddenly perked up causing me to look at him weirdly. "My dad is calling me, I gotta go!" He said making me roll my eyes. He winked at me before poofing away.

Sakura and I then turned to Sasuke and Naruto who were holding the scrolls. I grabbed the one Naruto was holding and Sakura took Sasuke's. "Okay well let's just open them." I decided before slowly opening the heaven scroll. Sakura opened the earth scroll and smoke soon started appearing out of the scrolls. "Haru, Sakura! Thats a summoning scroll let go of them!" Sasuke yelled in alarm. I flung mines quickly across the floor alongside Sakura.

A thick cloud of smoke appeared with the shade of a man in the middle of it all.

"Hey guys you made it!" A familiar voice greeted us. I fanned away some of the smoke and scrunched up my face. "Iruka sensei?" I questioned seeing the man once the smoke cleared up.

"What's going on here?!" Sakura asked looking just as confused as the rest of us. Iruka sensei let out a short laugh of amusement at our confusion, he waved a hand at us and smiled. "It's been a while huh?" Iruka sensei said looking at all of us proudly.

Uh. . . why did he pop out of the scrolls?

"It seems like you've had a rough time getting the scrolls." He said observing our physical states. In my opinion, I still look the best out of the four of us.

"At the end of the second exams, us chunin are to greet the test takers. I just happened to be given the important task of giving you guys a message." Iruka explained. He looked down at a timer in his hand and sighed in relief. "Ah you guys made it just in time. Congratulations on surviving the second exam you guys." He continued with a smile.

"To celebrate your surviving I'd like to take you out to some Ichiraku ramen, but-" Iruka started but was interrupted by Naruto yelling about how excited he was. I face palmed at this and dragged Naruto away from Iruka by his collar.

Sasuke and Sakura both sat down on the floor, myself laying down as if I was about to go to sleep.

"Naruto, you really haven't changed have you?" Iruka sweat dropped looking at the rest of us while Naruto was energetically yelling about ramen.
