So we were going over our new drill and practicing our backwards marching today. I think I'm starting to get a tan from being outside in the middle of the day.
Well, when we had twenty minutes left of rehearsal, Jaws decided to take his flip folder out of the bell of his sousaphone and take it inside since the lyre for it was broken.
"Hold my Sousa," he told Mom. Mom took the sousaphone. Well, we were in the middle of running a set, so Mom handed his trumpet to CS and stood in the sousaphone section with Jaw's sousaphone. I'm surprised Mr. Davis didn't call him out because he keeps reminding us to "stick to our primary instruments." So, Mom was marching the set with the other lower brass and then it was the trumpet block's turn to play. Well, CS was holding two trumpets but playing one.
However, on the way back in, CS actually managed to play both at once and it sounded soo weirdddd! It was pretty cool, though.
Ps, Jaws never came back out XD.
So CS used to be in football and he was demonstrating at lunch how to "tackle" and he just ended up picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder :I XD
So...yeah. Bye
