I'm not even sure how often I'll be updating this anymore. School has kept me so busy that I can only keep up with one book on here at a time, and that's currently my fanfiction. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Our football season ended early after three home games due to a small team. Our basketball season started back in October. Our games have been pretty good. Our Christmas concert is on December 13th. We have basketball games the next two Tuesdays, and we just played one last night. I have discovered that earplugs are miracle workers for the contained noise in our gym. It cuts down on the noise about 50%, yet you can still hear people near you talking and yourself playing, which is nice. Being a highly sensitive person, I get overstimulated easier than other people, so the earbuds are a very convenient necessity. I told Mr. Davis about them when he asked and he was understanding.
One of our stand tunes is Jaws, and instead of screaming at the end of the song, Mr. Davis had everyone sing the beginning Baby Shark...
We put up the band Christmas tree before the game yesterday. It looks kind of ugly from all of the clashing tinsel colors, but it screams band XD. I also set up a mini tree in the kitchen/library for myself since it's my workspace.
The main thing I wanted to touch on was.....
I have THREE DAYS until All-Region! As some of you may recall, I made first band, thirteenth chair last year. Mr. Davis has been helping me every day the past three weeks with my music, so I really hope that I'll make it. I will probably update on Saturday because I'm going to bring my laptop with me to work on some fanfiction.
