We finally got our band pictures today. We were in full uniform. Our extra hats that we ordered also came in and we got some fluffy plumes for them! (Or as Mr. Davis put it, chickens). We might wear them at the game tomorrow!
So I got some gel insoles for my marching shoes and if anyone (like Russ) says something like,"I have no soul" I'll pull the soles out of my bag and say,"I can give you one." I've had them in my bag all week XD.
I was in band hall this morning fitting a sole in one of my shoes and I was like,"I need to cut this down." And Mr. Davis heard me and was like,"Are you creating a horcrux?" He's amazing, oh my gosh 😂😂😂😂. At lunch, I walking into band hall when he was digging the plumes out of the dungeon and I was like,"Troll in the dungeon!" I also saw a huge case and he said it was a contrabass clarinet or something when I asked about it. He's also played the Frankenhorns that I mentioned in my last book and he said they sound awful.
Anyways, tomorrow is our second to last football game :,( and we're adding Make Me Smile to our halftime show. Well, I guess that's about it for now. Goodbye
