(Third Person POV??) A/N: Dear Readers, your Author is unsure what POV's are called what so that's why there's a question mark. lol

Dimitri had begun to relax in the knowledge that he had previously sent someone to gather the items needed for the seals earlier. It wasn't that he had planned on helping her but if she lost control like how she just did, there would've been more work for him.

The items needed for the seals were actually rather difficult to attain and things that he was sure Sloane would refuse. It had surprised him that a Mage would use something so 'immoral' on themselves. Everyone knew that Mage's used this 'Holier-than-thou' attitude in everything they did. So the fact that some of these items were body parts of other living things was shocking.

Before Sloane can wake up he decided to make the ink for the seals in order to avoid her refusal. There wasn't anything she could do at this point aside from agreeing to these seals in order to take control of the magic running wild inside her body.

Items for the Curse of the Blood Seals:

~Unicorn Horn shavings~

~The Blood of a Vampire, Mage, Fae, Shapeshifter, and Human~

~Crushed Dragon Silver tears~

~Demon eyes~

~Something blessed by a God~

A lot of these items were almost impossible to find unless you knew where to look. Many had thought a few were actually extinct but Dimitri has lived long enough to have his own 'horde' of treasure. He hadn't wanted to use his own things but for some reason he couldn't just leave Sloane to her own destruction. It's probably just because he didn't want to have to be on clean up duty.

(Sloane's POV)

Shit, why do I feel like someone decided to hit me with a metal bat to the face? As I opened my eyes I realized I was staring up at the ceiling in the VIP room. I probably should've kept my eyes on the ceiling though since the rest of the room was a slaughterhouse. Without Dimitri telling me, I could taste that it was me who did it.

"Is there a way to stop this shit from happening again," my voice sounded hoarse as if someone or something had scraped along it.. Let's not think about any bones I may have incidentally swallowed.

"There is. It'll be painful," was his only response.

Well, fuck. I think I'm cool off going through some pain if it means I'm not eating people like a Zombie. Maybe that's just my own 'ideal' world though, someone else may prefer the Zombie shit.

"Have at it," I answered before shutting my dry eyes. It wasn't that I was unconcerned but I literally felt to mentally exhausted.

Suddenly Dimitri's hands were on me and stripping my clothes off. I'd have thought he was trying to take advantage of me, if his hands didn't feel almost mechanical in their process.

"In order to control the unstable magic, I'll need to carve and ink magical seals over most of your body."

My heart rate sped up but I only gritted my teeth. Great. These powers wanted me to not only be a freak but an ugly one too.

"Just do whatever the hell it takes, Dimitri."

His eyes flashed with something before his hair covered his face. I was laying naked as the day I was born and thought I should've felt self concious but I didn't. Hmm? Oh there's some guards over by the door to the VIP room. One's face is super damn red. I looked down at my own body trying to examine it.

Welp, goodbye sexy pants. You're about to look like a cursed freak of nature.

Dimitri set down a bowl of black silver liquid and a shining dagger. The dagger was blessed by a God and Dimitri had to wear some kind of glove in order to hold it in his hands. Pain pain go away. This wasn't looking like I was going to have fun.

"Bite down on this in order to not bite your lips or tongue," he handed over some kind of soft but durable material, "I'm also going to lock you down in order for you to not shift the design while I'm in the process."

Before I could even disagree or agree he'd shoved the thing in my mouth and strapped my legs and arms down. My eyes widened in shock. Probably due to the fact that I was in a very perverted position without any underwear on and Dimitri was holding a damn knife.

He completely ignored me as he dipped the knife into the liquid. I watched black silver ink snake up the blade, almost impersonating a quill.

It was the most hellish experience I went through when that dagger first touched my skin. Molten lava burnt its way through my blood stream. Through blurred eyes I saw that he'd merely touched the tip to my ankle and hadn't begun carving yet.

He said something but it was lost through the haze of pain coursing through me. My eyes were shut tight and my muffled screams echoed through the room, subjecting me to a living hell.

(Third Person POV??)

Dimitri stared down at his hand as he carved the ancient language into Sloane's pale skin. The only good thing is that the ink cauterized her skin almost instantly after splitting it open. Essentially healing the magic underneath the surface.

Everytime he moved up with the process, the previous designs began to vanish before being replaced with beautiful artwork. If he hadn't personally seen that he carved something else, he'd have thought she went to a professional tattoo parlor and had work done. The previous choppy lettering turned into black silver roses with sharp thorns on their vines. On her left thigh a bunch of wereanimals were gathered around a moon, on her right a gauntlet filled with blood wrapped in black vines rested against her hip bone, under her breast a forest begun forming with fae creatures interspersed, and on the side of her left neck was a skull.

Throughout the entire piece were the black roses and thorns and he realized that they wrapped around even to the back as he finally finished the last of the seal on her body. It ended on her face. Dimitri watched as the lettering soaked into her cheek before it was replaced with what looked like fangs that dragged down from the corner of her eyes. She looked like a woman who had painted on war paint if not looked closely.

Dimitri realized Sloane had stopped making noises for a while and noticed she'd gone into 'Dead Space', a level further than a faint. The power that had previously saturated the entire room with the smell of impending doom, slowly receded inside of her body. Making the seals glow for a few minutes before they settled down again.

"Sei, bring a robe to my office." Dimitri spoke to one of the guards as he walked pass with Sloane's naked form in his arms. Her hair trailed across his thigh as he made his way to his office. It was more like another VIP room though as opposed to an actual office like he had at his other businesses.

A black satin bed was placed in the middle of the room; rather tame from the other items in there. Dimitri set Sloane on the bed before covering her up and leaving the room. He had completed the task of controlling her powers. Now that it was finished, he would go back to his work and try to find the culprit behind his Flock's murders.

A/N: Hmm, I'm unsure if I should maybe exclude this 3rd person POV and just skip over to Sloane waking up and having someone explain what happened instead. Only because thus far I've had only Jared and Sloane as a POV and stuck to it. Now I'm throwing in this random 3rd person and it seems .. unnatural? lol
