MR Khanna's very stubborn MRS

Neil and Avni are currently sitting on the bed with Avni checking over the breakfast tray on the bed. When she came out from the washroom after getting fresh, she found Neil waiting for her on the bed wearing a t-shirt and khaki shorts, looking so casual and cute and hot all at the same time. She never thought a guy can look cute and hot at the same time, but Neil always surprises her. When she woke up today and Neil told her about the breakfast in bed thing, Avni was not that much excited and into it. But as she was brushing her teeth in the washroom, she went over the idea in her head and thought to give it a try. She thought since Neil said that it was romantic, then it will definitely be. Also she has nothing to lose, she gets to spend more time cozying up with Neil, her husband on the bed and she get s to experience something new. The fact that she keeps experiencing so many beautiful things and moments with Neil, keeps her so excited and she gets all these jittery feelings in the pit of her stomach. Neil is her first everything. Her first love, her first date, her first kiss, her first relationship, and her first husband.

She laughed a little when she thought about the first husband part, but it was true, he is her first everything and she hopes with all her heart that he be her last everything. When she first came back to Mumbai, she never thought that she was going to find love, her destiny, her other half there. She only returned for her brother and revenge, revenge against the witch she had as a grandmother, Dayavanti Mehta. She hated Mumbai, because it was where she lost everything in her life, but the city she once lost everything in her gave her Neil. Neil, the breath of fresh air in her dark and tormented life. Mumbai, the city she once upon a time hated, now is her most favorite place in the whole. It gave her everything because Neil is now her everything. And Neil is currently waiting for her in the room waiting to have breakfast in bed. A romantic breakfast in bed. She smiled, wiping her face with a towel and she exited the bathroom thinking "let's go a try this romantic breakfast Mr. Khanna"

As she was looking at the foods displayed on the bed tray, Neil was feeling very anxious and excited to see her reaction. The only reaction he got from her after she hopped on the bed was a smile when she saw the single red rose he kept for her. After that she has got this cute frowning expression on her face. Anxiously Neil asked

Neil: what is wrong baby? Don't you like it?

Avni: Neil, what is this?

She said pouting very innocently

Neil: what is what baby?

Avni: this!

She said pointing at the breakfast tray on the bed.

Neil looked at what she was pointing but was still clueless, so he said

Neil: kindly elaborate

Avni: there is no poha here

She pouted. Neil made a confused expression before saying

Neil: but Avni, there are other things there at you love for breakfast. See there are pancakes, bread sandwich, baked eggs and coffee. Why would you need poha?

Avni: but I want poha

She whined

Neil: now?

Avni: yes now

Neil: can't you wait and have it later. Like for brunch or lunch or even dinner? Just anytime later Neil asked hopefully, thinking that she might change her mind.

Avni: I can have it later, but I don't want to have it later. I want to have it now.

Avni said to her husband stubbornly. Neil sighed before trying to convince her again

Neil: please Avni, please baby. I am very hungry, let's eat now, I promise you later I will get you the best poha available here in goa. I promise.

Avni: but I already told you earlier that I don't want it later. I want it now

Neil: but Avni ...........

Avni: can't you just go and get it for me? Please husband

Avni said very cutely, making puppy eyes at Neil.

Neil: Avni .......

Avni making a sad face said

Avni: and I thought you said that you love me and my happiness means everything to you, hmmm......

Neil: Avni, baby now that is not fair. You can't just emotionally blackmail me like that

Avni: yes I can and I will. Everything is fair in love and war husband

Neil sighed, a signal that he has given up. He can't win with his lady love, his lady don

Neil: ok, but where do you think I can get poha for you?

Avni smiled before answering the question

Avni: go to the restaurant on the first floor

Neil: okay, but Avni can I at least drink my coffee?

Avni: but I thought you said we were going to have breakfast together in bed. Together Neil, together!

Neil: okay I am going

Saying this, he got up from the bed to leave. Avni was so excited he was going to get her what she wants that she hugged him saying

Avni: I love you Neil. You are the best. Thank you

Neil smiled, cupping her face with his palms before saying

Neil: mention not. I love you too sweetheart. And I will gladly do anything that will you smile that beautiful smile. I will be right back. Wait for me

Avni: don't take long

Neil: I won't

He kissed her forehead and left the room to go get her, her poha.

The Khanna's and co. were done with their breakfast and are on their way to the lift to go back to their pent house, that was when Shweta Khanna realized that she has forgotten her purse at the table they just left. Juhi, ali and dd all offered to go help her get it but she declined.

After taking he purse from the table as she turned to leave the restaurant, she saw a glimpse of a person she thought looked a lot like her son standing at the counter paying money and then collecting a take away pack of food before making his way towards the exit of the restaurant. Shweta decide to follow that person to confirm if he was indeed her son, Neil who was supposed to be in Auckland but before she could reach him he has already entered the lift and the lift doors have closed making it impossible for her to follow. She bit her nails in regrets of not being faster before processing to enter another lift to take her to the pent house. As she was standing in the lift, she prayed to god that he should make her meet that person soon
