Neela said coming forward to hug Avni

Neela – okay, let me answer your question, okay? And what type of a question are you asking me Avni? I am your mother and I thought I could hug you, or are parents not allowed to hug their kids these days?

Avni – but I thought you were angry and annoyed with what we did, I and Neil, then?

Neela – well, I just hugged you bachcha that should tell you that I am not annoyed anymore

Avni – but why maa? Why are you not angry any longer?

Neela – areh? I am not angry anymore because I have forgiven you bachcha

Avni – but why did you forgive me? How can you forgive me maa? I have hurt you maa

Neela -I thought you would be happy that I have forgiven you and here you are asking me questions about why I am no longer angry?

She said pouting and turning her face to the other side. Seeing her mother's dramatics, Avni rolled her eyes making the tears in her eyes to fall, she wiped the tears with her hand before making her mother face her using her hands on her mother's shoulders, she said with a very soft voice;

Avni – maa, I am happy that you have forgiven me, but I have hurt you maa, how can you just forgive me just like that?

Neela – don't cry bachcha. I know that you have hurt me and I will not lie to you bachcha when we all found out that you and Neil were lying and that you were just acting the whole time, I was very hurt because I never thought you could hide something so big from me. I was very angry and hurt because I thought that I have failed as a mother that my daughter cant confide in me, even this morning when I woke up I was still hurt Avni, but now I am not anymore.

Avni – but why maa? What happened that made you forgive me without me explaining things to you maa? I am so sorry ma. I really wanted to tell you everything but I didn't have a choice. I promise ma.....

She said crying

Neela – shhh bachcha, don't cry. I told you that I don't need any explanation bachcha. I know everything now

Avni - but how

Neela – actually, Neil came to me and explained everything to me

Avni – Neil?

Neela – haan Neil, he came to early this morning

Avni – this morning?

Neela – haan, this morning, actually he was the one that woke me up in today. We had a very long discussion and he explained everything to me and he is the one that arrange for this meeting here. Neil – well you have me baby, you have me for the whole of eternity and beyond. But I wanted to do this, that's why I did it for you. I loved you baby and I would do anything to see that smile you are spotting on your face now permanent.

Avni – you know what Neil?

She said her eyes shining with happiness, laughter and tears.

Neil – what?

He asked while wiping her tears, when he was done wiping the tears, he cupped he face with his hand. Avni leaned into his hand before saying

Avni – I love you
