"Why? Is it because I'm so good looking, you don't trust yourself alone with me?" He smirks.
"Wow, So you have a bad grasp on Literature and reality?" I Feign, yet with an embarrassed smile on my face.

It's twelve noon and my head is pounding.
I open my eyes, the bright sun burning. I cover my face with a pillow and groan in it.
This head is killing me.
I take a look at my room. It's tiny and has a dreadful painting. Who paints their room with a red-orange colour?
Note to self: Re-paint your room.
I get up and make my way to the bathroom to freshen up. The tile on the floor is freezing cold.
After tying my hair in a messy bun, I make my way downstairs with my pjays on.
The smell of coffee lightens me up. Right now, I'm feeling so basic and I could sure have a cup of coffee just to enlighten me.
Coffee tastes like hopes and dreams. It's my survival juice after all.
I notice my mom in the kitchen, with a cup of coffee in her hand and a Newspaper in the other.
"Afternoon Mom." I yawn.
"Afternoon honey." She says," you woke up really late. Kate was here to see you."
"Kate was here." I wheeze, "Mom, why didn't you wake me up?" I say with an uncivilized tone.
"Don't you think we tried that already?" She rolls her eyes.
"Whatever." I say chuckling, "Let me change into something appropriate and hit the road."
I run up the stairs and change into something more outgoing. My clothes are still scattered on the floor, but I'll sort them out when I come back.
I make my way down and give my mom a slight kiss on the cheek and shut the door behind me.
The streets are very quiet and all you can hear is the wind blowing.
Thank God it's Saturday or I would've skipped school. Mom made me work all night.
When leaving the house, I wasn't planning on going to Kate's house... I felt like taking a walk and feel the 'new' fresh air.
The streets are lonely, the houses are way too big and breath taking. As I walk, I make a stop at the most attractive house I have ever laid my eyes on.
I doubt anyone lives in here. It's huge with an open garage, the house is built with concrete panels and a small black gate on the left. I'm out of words and cannot describe it any further. One thing I noticed is the small, cute tree outside.
I think I'm drooling over the house.
"OH MY GOD!!" I say to myself. As low as I can.
"Do you have a problem Missy?"
I quickly turn to see who the voice belongs to. I then notice a cute boy looking at me from the small black gate. I can't quite make up his face from afar, but he sure looks good.
"Uhm nothing... I... Uhm." I stutter, Not knowing what to say.
" You what? Drooling over the house?" He chuckles in a cute, adorable way.
Don't tell me he saw that. That's embarrassing.
"Uhm... no. I was.... just." I cannot say anything. Whatever I say doesn't make sense, "I was leaving."
I turn immediately and head back home, not giving him any chance to say anything.
