Chapter 16

*Paola's POV*

After texting Geoffrey I didn't know what to think. It looked like he was a nice guy but I don't know.

I'll see him tonight at 8 so hopefully he tells me who Emeraude is or somethinbg.

I went back and saw that the interview was ready. It was almost 5 so Maria and Jorge were telling me what I had to do.

Maria was really friendly. I'm glad I'm working with wonderful people with amazing personalities.

The meeting was over at 4:20 so we had 40 mins to just chill and get everything ready.

A lot of people work in ARV. When you are watching the show, you only get to see Maria and some reporters. But they are a lot more people working behind those cameras.

The show was starting and I'm so nervous! I got a text from my mom telling me that she was watching. I was seriously about to start crying.

My mom wasn't the kind of person to watch tv only when it was something very important. She barely watched it.

Also my siblings, grandma, aunts, uncle, cousins were watching. I couldn't believe it this was seriously a dream come true.

Finally at 5:20 it was my turn.

"Y bueno hoy le queremos dar la bienvenida a nuestra nueva reportera Paola que nos va a traer muchas entrevistas de sus artistas favoritos. Como estas bella?"

This was finally it.

"Muchísimas gracias Maria. Yo estoy muy bien y súper emocionada porque voy a tener la oportunidad de entrevistar a sus artistas favoritos pero también les voy a hacer preguntas que tengan ustedes! Así que ya saben manden sus preguntas que podría ser que su artista favorito las conteste."

"Perfecto! Así que ya saben señores manden sus preguntas a nuestras páginas de Twitter y Facebook. Pero Bueno hoy le toco a Prince Royce no es así Paola?"

I smiled when she said his name. I don't even know why but I couldn't think about anything else just Geoffrey's smile. It was seriously the cutest and his deep dimples. Perfect!

"Claro que sí Maria y déjenme contarles que nos hablo de muchas cosas importantes en su vida y la verdad que es una gran persona pero mejor vamos a ver lo que nos dijo."

They started playing Geoffrey's interview and I was looking at how I was smiling the whole interview! I bet they thought I liked him or something. I didn't, well maybe, but still I made it so obvious.

4 mins later it was over.

"Hmm no quiso decir mucho de la novia pero que bueno que le esta yendo súper bien y ojalá que sigan los éxitos!"

I didn't know what to say about Geoffrey's "girlfriend" so I didn't say anything.

"La verdad que es un chico muy simpático y nos contó lo emocionado que está de ir a los Premios Billboard que son el Jueves que viene ya que el es uno de los más nominados junto con Romeo Santos."

"Pues aya los vamos a ver a los dos y que gane el mejor. Gracias Paola. Y al regreso de la pausa vamos a ver todo lo que esta pasando con los famosos en las redes sociales. También vamos a ver una parte de los planes para el nuevo reality de Telemundo ya regresamos."

Oh god thank you! I couldn't even believe what just happened.

"That was perfect Paola!"

"Omg thank you Maria!"

I heard everybody in the set cheering.
My eyes got watery! This team was amazing they were giving me so much support!

After I said thanks to everyone and exchanged numbers with most of the team Jorge came and congratulated me.
