The Avengers decided to have a picnic. It had been two days since the accords were rewritten and team cap was pardoned. They hadn't had any "team bonding" and "reconciliation" as Cap calls it.

Peter was in the Iron Spider suit, holding ketchup, fries, a soda, and napkins with his four mechanical spider legs and clutching a sandwich close to him.

"Peter, you're abusing your powers." Tony said.

"Well this suit is so high tech and cool, so it's really your fault that I'm doing this." Peter retorted.

"Okay...after today I need the suit back." Tony said.

"I'm SpOoDeR mAn I dO wHaT i WaNt OlD mAn." Peter shouted, then yeeted away.
