Tony had decided to make Peter the heir to Stark Industries. Not really the best idea to tell a sixteen-year-old meme lord that he will take over a business when he's older. Peter t-posed on other employees, randomly did the floor is lava, and constantly referenced memes and vines.
"Peter, we need to talk about your professionalism." Tony said.
"Those are some mighty brave words for someone standing in lava." Peter said, standing on a chair and t-posing to assert dominance.
