The downfall of this quirk is that the user will most likely have a larger than average diet as they need more energy to power more cells. But this quirk can deflect physical attacks. The physical shape of the user's body takes concentration if the user relaxes it looks like they are melting slowly and finally because they can change their appearance at will. As a child user may be 'underweight' because as soon as the child starts using their quirk they lose an excessive amount of energy until they learn how to reserve energy
