Part 23

Recap : anika in hospital

Anika was beyond Shocked to see her sister in hospital. Gauri didn't expect to see her here.

" didi what happened to you. I tried to reach you many times but you never answered my calls. After knowing what our so called parents did to u I couldn't stop myself. I'm sorry didi it's only because of me you are suffering. I am always letting you down", gauri cried.

" shhh chuki don't cry. You are not responsible for anything. You are not at your fault".

" but didi"

" please chutki don't cry atleast for me".

" ok didi but from now you don't need to stay with Mr. Oberoi".

" chutki I know i married him under different circumstances but now we are bounded to each other. Whatever problems may come we will handle it together. You don't worry about it and concentrate on studies"

" but didi"

" chutki I needed some time that's why I couldn't meet you but everything will be fine soon. Now please concentrate on your studies. I will be fine soon".

" okay didi".

Just then doctor entered Anika's room. He asked shivay to get some medicines. But gauri took the slip from him and insisted to go. Shivay allowed her without saying anything.

Gauri left the room

Shivay felt guilty for his actions. He behaved like a beast but still she saved his dignity before her sister. He was too reluctant to break the silence.

" Mr. Oberoi I don't want my sister to know anything. This is the least favour I can ask from you".

She said and laid down on the bed. She closed her eyes tightly and pretended to sleep again.

After two days

Anika was getting discharged today from hospital. In these two days she never spoke to shivay. Shivay tried his level best to intiate a convo but every time she would refuse to talk to him. She could sense some changes in Shivaay's behavior. But she didn't want to take any risk again by trusting him. She decided to keep quiet to avoid any further mess. Gauri accompanied her sister till mansion. Shivay asked her to stay but she refused politely.

When anika went to her room she was surprised to see entire room. Lighted with candles and decorated with flowers. In centre of their wall he saw shivay standing by holding a sorry card in centre.

" anika I'm extremely sorry for my behavior. I know how it feels when someone breaks your trust. I cannot justify my actions. But please give me a chance to rectify my mistakes. I promise I will take care of you forever. Can you give our relationship a chance? "

Anika couldn't believe her eyes or what she heard. She never saw him like this so vulnerable. He is great wall shivay singh oberoi. He never bowed his head before someone. But today he gave up his ego for her. Although anika was afraid she didn't want to reject his offer. After all she could see how much efforts he is taking to convince her.

" yes", anika whispered slowly.

Shivaay jumped in happiness hearing those words from her. He hugged her tightly and kissed her forehead affectionately.

Anika sheded few tears from her eyes as tears of happiness. He kissed those tears slowly and said

" I promise you anika I will never let you to cry from now", saying so he hugged her tightly again.

After one week

Shivay took immense care of her. Gauri visited her sister but still gave a cold shoulder to shivay. Unfortunately Shivaay's project time got extended hence he was asked to stay in india for few more months. He said to anika and told if she is not comfortable then we can leave. She assured she is okay with his decision. Hence they decided to stay in india for next few months.

After 4 months

This four months changed many equations between Shivika. Anika got a husband who loved her extremely. Even though he didn't say that he loved her all his activities proved his love for her. She felt like she is the most luckiest person existing in this world. At first gauri and shivay fought like cats and dogs but later they both understood each other's nature coz their ultimate aim is to keep anika happy. Now gauri got a brother like shivay.

Today is one of the most important day for anika. Finally she is going to propose shivay. She is going to confess how much she loved him. She can't wait to say him those magical words. But today there is something more special. He is nominated for best business man award and she is pretty sure he will definitely win it. So she decided to confess her feelings after the award ceremony.

At award ceremony

" The best business man of the year goes to Mr. Shivay singh oberoi "

Crowd present over there applauded him. Shivay hugged anika tightly and thanked her for coming into her life. Anika too reciprocated his hug back happily.

Shivay received the award from presenter and thanked everyone specially his wife for making his life so beautiful and special. Anika fell for him more at that moment.

Shivay got an important call. He told to anika he will join her soon. He went away from her to attend the call. She kissed his cheeks and said she is eagerly waiting for him. Shivay couldn't believe himself. For the first in this four months anika kissed him. He wondered what's in store for him now.

After 30 minutes

Shivay finished his call. His security officer already informed him that anika is waiting for him near pool area. When he went there he saw the entire area decorated. He saw anika coming towards him. He couldn't decipher what's running in her mind but all he could understand is today something is definitely going to change in both their lives.

" shivay I was waiting to tell you this and I couldn't control myself . You entered my life as a beast but later filled my life with happiness like an angel. All the care you showed towards me melted my heart. I completely agree at first our equations never matched. But right now I feel like I'm the most luckiest girl in this world. No one ever cared for me like you did. So today I want to confess something very important to you shivay I HATE YOU ", she said while tears brimmed out of her eyes.

Shivay stood there in shock listening to her words.
