CHAPTER XXX: 30 mins.

"I'm here as his doctor so please spare me 30 mins of your time" I professionally stated as we sat down on a booth at the nearest coffee shop

"If this can help manggae I'll cooperate" She took a sip of her latte

"Thank you" I took a sip of mine "I'm pretty confused and curious about Jimin's record. Recently I saw his claas book records which were completely different to his records that I have right now"

She gulped

"Tell me NaNa, did he changed his name?"

"I- uh" She looks nervous "about that, Jimin isn't the one who changed that"

What?

"You see, 8 years ago. The Jeon family went to Jimin's biggest recital. And I was left at home to take care of the house since I'm their house maid"  She solemnly started triggering my curiosity more

I thought she was Jimin's grandma? It was written in his records

"But, then Jimin was said to caused a big accident which resulted to the recital to end. He fled the hall and his parents quickly followed him. They were rushing so bad that they were caught up in an accident. Jimin saw the crash and immediately came to them but, he arrived too late"

Tears started to run down her face

"They were already in a critical level and Jimin said their last words were 'Iloveyou'.

"When his brother came, he immediately pushed Jimin away, resenting him, blaming him for what happened to their parents and from that moment on, he ordered to change Jimin's last name to remove him from the family"  She sobbed

That's why..

"But, what his brother didn't know was that the brake of their car was tampered with and the accident wasn't really an accident considering the enemies of the Jeon family after their ward was established"

So the it wasn't an accident? It was a murder... It wasn't Jimin's fault... It never was

"Why didn't you tell the brother?"

"Because his grandparents know that he'll regret everything. Pushing Jimin away, removing him from the family, blaming and resenting him. And we didn't want the news to spread out more"

This doesn't make any sense. Its like Jimin was the victim

"Why didn't you look for the people who tampered with the brakes?"

"Because if they do, he will lose everything, his wealth, the ward and his life. The enemies of the Jeon's are too powerful to defeat that's why their parents never fought back in order to protect their children"

"You can say that day was the worst day of Jimin... And that day was also the cause of him being like this now....  it's already too late to tell him the truth.."

"Jimin will be ok NaNa, stop crying and it's never too late" I assured her

I need to report this and to talk to Mr. Jeon about this. This is pretty big and very scandalous

"Since then, Jimin built a trauma of being not good enough to anybody that's why he always tries to be more than what he is capable of...
He always pushes himself beyond his limits and whenever he made mistakes after the accident he would.."

"He would what?" I held ger hand and started to caress comforting patterns on it

"He would harm himself, for days he wouldn't eat, he would hurt himself, he would torture himself which eventually led to him having different personalities"

I wanted to dig deeper from her but, seeing her state right now it's better not to

"Also, it's his brother that wanted to not include his true information in his records" She added

Who is his brother???

"If you're tempted to ask who his brother is...I can't tell you anything regarding him. He doesn't want to be involved with Jimin as family anymore"

One thing is sure, his brother is a complete jerk

"Thank you NaNa" I bowed at her and she returned the gesture while taking her leave

This isn't enough. I need to know more. I really need to talk to Mr. Jeon

After NaNa left to visit Jimin, I could help but be pissed.

How could their family think that way without knowing how would it affect Jimin?

They never cleaned his name after the accident nor told his brother that it wasn't Jimin's fault

Jimin is suffering so much just because they turned a blind eye on him.

He doesn't deserve any of these.

He doesn't have any family because it is his very own family that turned their backs on him
