CHAPTER XXXIV: 34 reasons to spare your life

EunByeol POV:

"Give me 34 reasons  to spare your life" JungKook gritted his teeth, clearly holding back his actions

Jimin got off me and I quickly stood up, zipping my hoodie up.

"I don't need to" Jimin walked towards him "you tell me why you ruined Jimin's life"

" I didn't rui-"

"Oh please JungKook" Jimin walked towards the bedside table and got a lot of knives out of it

Oh my God

I quickly went to JungKook holding him tightly "let's go" I said quietly

"You ruined your own brother's life!" Jimin shouted causing me to be in shock

I couldn't believe my ears.....

JungKook....

Was....

Jimin's brother.....

"You removed him from the Jeon family! Getting his rights from him!" Jimin walked towards us with knives on each of his hands

"You blamed him for nothing!" Throw

"You resent him!" Throw

"You made Jimin miserable!" Throw

Knives were being thrown at us but, intentionally missing us.

I cried, flinched and begged JungKook to leave but, he didn't budge.

Im just so scared...

"You don't know anything JungKook! About the truth!" Jimin now has 2 knives left. Holding it, one knife on one hand

"You're the one that deserves to be dead!" Jimin raised his knives and aimed it towards JungKook

I tried to push JungKook away but, he pushed me to the side causing me to fall

He held the blades before it stabbed him. Blood was starting to drip from his hands

"You have no right to tell that to me!" JungKook fought back against the force Jimin was putting "you're not Jimin! And it's you who doesn't know anything"

"JungKook!!!"

"Stay out of this EunByeol" He sternly ordered

I'm so helpless!

I'm such a coward!

I hate this...

I HATE ME!

"YOU'RE THE ONE THAT KILLED OUR PARENTS! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO DESTROYED JIMIN'S LIFE! YOU'RE THE ONE THAT KILLED YEJIN!" JungKook held the blades more harder, more blood was dripping "YOU'RE THE ONE THAT DESERVES TO DIE"

JungKook managed to get the knives out of Jimin's hands and threw it away

He punched Jimin hard causing the man to groan as he hit the floor

"Hahahaa" Jimin laughed while wiping the blood at the corner of his lips "such an asshole you are"

"Tell me JungKook" Jimin stood up "where were you when Jimin needed you? You were there by his side, I'll admit to that"

His gaze shifted into a deadly one

"But, you only made it hard for him. You never helped him! You just shoved to his face how he is the worst! You're the real reason why he became like this! Why I existed! Because you never helped him!"

JungKook seemed to lose his balance..

He's losing

I NEED TO DO SOMETHING!

"And yet you have the guts to be that vocal and brave towards me? When the thing you need to do is hide that fucking face of yours!"

"PARK JIMIN!"

I finally stood up to their argument
I can't wait anymore

I needed to do something

His deadly gaze shifted to me

But I needed to be strong

"What did you call-"

"WHOEVER YOU ARE" I corrected "you need to calm down"

"And why would I?" The smirk on his lips were pretty intimidating

"Because both of you are wrong and blind" I stared at him
"JungKook please leave us alone"

The mentioned man had a pissed-shock combo "WHAT?!"

"Just please leave us" My gaze never leaving Jimin "trust me on this"

"You heard my babygirl. Leave"

It took a whole minute before JungKook finally decided to leave me, gathering the knives on his way "just holler ok?"  Having still an angry and concerned eyes, he finally closed the door behind him

"So, you finally gave up?" Stepping closer to me again and licking his full lips

"No," I held his hands "it's time for us to have MY session with you"

It's time to finally put in action the things I learned
To finally prove why I deserve to handle...
