" did he just " nick said. " yup " I said. " what happened " elom asked. " so Brandon's smart idea of distracting Zion was for all of us to go out for breakfast " I said. " OMG " elom said. " in 2 hours and we are an hour away from the ihop so we have a couple of minutes in here and then we have to drop everything off at my house to go pick Zion up and go to ihop " I said sighing. " ok elom and I will look over here while u and kekeli look over there " nick said. " ok go " kekeli said. We ended up spending 20 minutes in the store getting party hats, balloons, a banner, stuff for the candy table, and stuff for the food. We got back into my car and drove to my house. We hurried and put all of the stuff in my house then we went to Zion's. When we got there we all ran in and the boys sat on the couch while kekeli and I put on a little bit of makeup and changed clothes. When I walked out of her room Zion walked out of his. " I'm here to pick u guys up for breakfast " I Said. " oh ok " he said. We walked out to the living room and waited for kekeli to be ready. " look just because it's ur birthday doesn't mean u lose respect asshole " she said making me laugh. " what's so funny " he said looking at me. " the way u guys treat each other" I said. We left his house and drove to ihop by the time we got there everyone was already there. " finally " bradon said when we walked in. " hey b can i talk to you for a second " i asked. " yea come on " he said. We walked outside and i looked back making sure that zion wasn't watching us. " so what's up " he asked. " why did u plan this birthday breakfast " i asked. " well you told me to distract him " he said. " yea i was thinking go to his house and play video games or something that doesn't involve all of us because now we aren't going to have enough to set everything up like how i wanted to " i said freaking out. " hey hey hey calm down before u have an anxiety attack " brandon said hugging me. " ik it's just i want this to be perfect he's turning 18 " i said hugging him back. " i know love i know " he said kissing the top of my head. We started talking about other things until zion walked out. " hey guys we are getting seated now " zion said. " ok coming " i said. We walked in and got seated i sat between zion and brandon. " so guys what are we doing for my birthday " zion asked. " yea about that " nick said. " wait what " zion said. " i can't do anything tonight my mom is coming back and she wants to talk " i lied. " i have work " tif said. " same " char said. " i have to help my dad with the backyard " nick said. " but maybe we can throw a party or something next weekend " i said. " nah it's good why celebrate it at all ya know " zion said standing up and walking away. " great plan eve " char said. " i'll be back today is going to be perfect ok " i said standing up. I followed him and saw he wwas walking towards the bathroom so i pushed him into the bathroom and locked the door behind me. " what are u doing eve this is the mens restroom " he said. " there only one toilet in here chill " i said. " well what do you want i kinda wanted to be alone " he said walking away. " look z we really tried to cancel everything just to celebrate your birthday but we couldn't we tried so hard " i said. " it's whatever i just want you guys to know that when your guys birthday comes around i'm not going to be there " he said then walked passed me. I grabbed his arm pulling him back and smashed my lips onto his. After a couple of minutes we pulled apart and he looked down. " i'm sorry z i really am " i said. " it's ok i forgive u " he said.
