YOUR TIME WILL COME
The rose that blooms the fullest, has petals that fall swiftly, before it fades and dies
The torch that shines the brightest, burns quickly, and soon becomes dull
While the passion that flares and devours consummately, is rarely going to last
And startling beauty that shows depth and promise, can be ruined by lifestyle and drugs
And yet there are those in the shadows, waiting for their time to come
And waiting can be so unfulfilling, when your life has not yet begun
But patience can prove so rewarding; when your time comes you’ll have much more fun
So wait for your call. It is coming
You’ll shine that much stronger (I promise), than those that have been out in the sun.
