"When are you going to tell us why you dragged us all here for pizza and beer instead of going to a restaurant?" Luke asked Calum and I've never seen him this nervous. Someone else was coming because there's an extra chair at the table and he keeps checking his phone every minute.
"Just a minute." He said as he checked his phone one more time but thistime he smiled when he did. "I'll be right back!"
"He has a girlfriend and we're meeting her tonight." I said out loud once he was inside.
"That's impossible, it's Calum. He doesn't do serious enough girlfriends to let us meet them." Michael said with a laugh
"And there has been absolutely no rumours about Calum and a girl." Sierra added, I shrugged my shoulders and focused on the door. And just as I expected, Calum walked out holding hands with a girl.
"I'm done being 7th wheel at group dates." He said with a smile and the girl smiled too as she kept her eyes on Calum. "I want you all to meet Grace, I have finally found myself a beautiful girlfriend."
And when I heard her name, I was able to connect the dots quickly. But I should have recognised her the second she walked in.
"You work at Capitol, don't you?" I asked as I got up to go greet her.
"Yeah, I think we met a couple of times before." She said with a smile as she looked at me.
"I tried so hard finding someone non of you know and I failed." Calum said with a chuckle.
"It's great seeing you again Grace." I said to her with a smile before hugging her.
We didn't just meet a couple of times, we went out together with a few of her Capitol friends when I was here for weekends and I tried to match her with guys we met so maybe it is indeed smart to keep that to ourself.
"I was relieved knowing you would be here tonight too." She whispered while we hugged.
"We're all still very shocked you're a real person." Michael said as they all sort of looked at her. I sat back down next to Ashton and he looked at me confused.
"Isn't that one of the girls you partied with?" He asked me and I nodded.
"She is."
"Is she any good for him?" He asked and it was cute to see how protective he was over his bestfriend.
"Yeah, she's great."
"So how long have you been dating?" Crystal asked with a happy smile. You could see that she made Calum happy and that stupid happy smile on his face, made all of us smile.
"We met during our holidays break and we texted and called a lot while we were on tour and I finally got the guts to ask her on a date the first day we came back." He said before looking at her. Grace was so nervous but I got that, I mean she got thrown into the lions cage. We had no clue and the guys are all protective over eachother so they'll ask tons of questions.
"So you live here in LA?" Luke asked, he was sitting beside her.
"Yeah, born and raised here."
"So what do you do at Capitol?" Michael asked. And the interrogation has started.
"I work in the social media department." She said with a smile and Michael nodded. There's nothing bad to be found about her, atleast nothing I know yet.
"So how did you and Sam meet?" Sierra asked her with a friendly smile. "Because if I remember correctly, social media and recording studios aren't exactly next to eachother at Capitol."
